For up to five minutes at a time, Yulan is given the opportunity to place an environment or opponent in time as long as she touches the given subject. During the beginning of the given time, Yulan has "paused" state activated. During, she is given a variety of assets to "roll for" and utilize for the remainder of the given "time limit". These buffs or debuffs can be applied onto herself, a team member, an opponent at her choice. When the "paused" state has ended after an asset has been selected, "overtime" is put into motion. During overtime, the selected buff or debuff is applied to the subject until the given time limit has ended. During Overtime, and depending on the given asset, Yulan and her teammates share "hit points". If one teammate is damaged, Yulan will take 1.5 the amount of body damage, and will receive the same injuries.
Personality: Yulan presents as a very aloof and phlegmatic person, often appearing tired, overworked and disinterested on the surface. She faults herself with tunnel vision in her intense pursuit of academic excellence, and often struggles to see situations in States of grey as opposed to black and white. Her black and white viewpoints inspire and fuel stubbornness, but she tries her best not to act or present as unreasonable. So, she is willing to listen and work to understand things she may disagree with. Yulan expresses as an ISFJ personality type.
Likes: Coincidentally matching with her Quirk, Yulan finds great enjoyment in playing through various types of video games, and specifically she prefers single player RPGs, horror genre games in all forms, and fighting-style side scrolling games. As a result of her consistent usage of video game consoles and computers, Yulan had developed a strong knack for fixing and tweaking electronics. Material things including polished ceramic, embroidery, vintage video game emulators, and trading cards are nostalgic to Yulan, and she tends to collect such things.
Dislikes: Yulan finds tasks such as cleaning and organization stressful, but also despises existing in an unclean or unorganized environment. She often ends up stuck in her room, refusing to touch or move any item in fears that she will have to clean it up later or make the environment dirty.
Hobbies: Coinciding with her quirk, Yulan's most prominent hobbies revolve around video games. She loves to play them, but also enjoys coding, fixing consoles and controllers and modifying the nature of the games. These things make her feel calm, and help her process her thoughts and feelings about any possible situation she finds herself in through escapism.
Fears: Yulan herself does not have many prominent fears or concerns, but in the back of her mind, she is ridiculously afraid of the concept of death. It's the one thing that science cannot confirm the result of. Not being able to understand a concept through science or logic is something that terrifies her.
