The user can vary its power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. Lightning Release, Shadow Clone: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever makes contact with it. Shadow Clone Jutsu: The user creates an identical clone to themself, usually to avoid or target an attack. The clone will disappear into a puff of smoke once attacked. Lightning Release, Sonic Speed: The user charges their own muscles with their jutsu-created lightning, allowing them to move extremely quickly for a somewhat short amount of time. The longer the amount of time spent moving and the speed of the movement can cause varying degrees of muscle tear. Wind Release, Pressure Damage: A tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. For example, the user can infuse a kunai to resemble a makeshift scimitar or infuse shuriken to increase their range and cutting power Wind Release, Vacuum Wave: Taking a deep breath, the user does a quick spin while simultaneously blowing out, compressing the released air into a thin solitary blade of wind. Clothing Style: Athletic In the first series, Junbi is seen wearing a sleeveless turtle neck, tucked into a pair of loose yellow pants. A yellow ribbon through the loops to keep the pants upright, a pair of black open toes sandal like boots, and a side brown bag which holds her kunai. She wears a hidden cloud headband tied around her waist.
In Shippuden, Junbi is usually seen wearing a black bodysuit under a warm yellow wide-sleeved cropped jacket that has a single button in the front. She has white weapon holsters on her upper legs, white fingerless gloves and white open-toed heels. Her hidden cloud headband is still tired around her waist.
Love Interest: Junbi has a very subtle and hidden crush on Naruto Uzumaki. She originally met him during the Chunin exams and admired his fiery spirit, and continued to think about him when she returned to the hidden cloud village after the exams.
In Naruto Shippuden, when she returned to the village for somewhat good, her feelings for him seemed to come back all at once. She keeps quiet about it, but she is affectionate towards him in particular, and is always a little more relaxed when he is around. She shows her love with words of affirmation.
Background: "The children of the blowing leaf" is the name of Junbi's clan of origin. A people with no common last name or nation of origin, the children of the blowing leaf are a traveling people. They go wherever their hearts call. They take in anyone who comes to them, seeking family, and they allow anyone to go who wishes to leave. Every child of the blowing leaf is a part of the family. It's common for children to break off from their parents, never for their paths to cross again. This "breaking away" is a call for celebration among the Children of The Blowing Leaf, instead of a tragedy or a misfortune. The separation of child and parent is seen as a beautiful thing. Among this tradition, children are expected to never wish to return to their parents. But, parents are under the expectation that they will accept their children into their arms if they should return. Junbi broke away from her parents in the Hidden Cloud village at the age of fifteen, and has been traveling from village to village in search of where she belongs.
Extra Information: Junbi thinks that the idea of trapping tailed beasts inside of children is cruel and unjust, but she respects jinchuriki. She tried to hide her feelings for Naruto out of respect for Hinata.
