Eva Carter, a young girl with a passion for dance, auditions for the reality TV show 'Dance Moms' and makes it on. Will she win or will she lose?
"Ready girls? Let's go!" Abby calls as we walk into this week's studio, "Well, you thought you were going home after Lake Tahoe, but here we are back in LA. I have a big surprise for you. It's very exciting, before I say it, notice there's no pyramid? Yes? Everybody's in a straight line because here in LA, it's not really about the talent, it's about the look."

""I'm ready to talk a little bit about the surprise," Abby says, "This is LA, the best people in the world come here, they're all vying for the same job and everybody wants to be a star. You are going to get the opportunity to audition for a major music video!" We all grab each others hands and scream! Then we all hug each other. "I don't know who's gonna get it. I don't know if all of you are gonna get it, or just some of you, it's not up to me, I don't make the decisions. So, it's every girl for herself. Tomorrow, instead of a rehearsal, we will be having a class. I'm gonna teach a hip hop combo since that audition is gonna be in hip hop." ____________ Eva's Interview
"When Miss Abby said the audition was gonna be hip hop, I got really excited because I'm really good at hip hop. Miss Abby just doesn't teach it or give me hip hop solos," I say. ____________
"This is Hollywood, they can chew you up and spit you out, or they can make you a star. It just depends. You have to be in the right place at the right time. And you have to be prepared for the worst," Abby tells us. ____________ Hip Hop Class
"I have no idea how this is gonna go down tomorrow. It could be a hip hop combination just to see how quickly you pick up cause I would say hip hop is the most difficult choreography to get," Abby says, "But for some of us. It comes easily," She says, looking at me.
Abby begins to teach us the group number and she has me demonstrate a few things.
Abby starts to dance and she goes, "Hit it, hit it, hit, hit!" And we all try not to laugh.
"Maybe I should have Eva show you this instead," Abby says and makes me do the move for the girls.
"You need to be strong and emphasize each movement," Abby says, "That girl next to you at the audition could've already done 20 videos. They know who she is." ____________ Audition
We walk into the audition room and Chloe, Paige, and I all hold hands. There are so many people here. I've been to auditions before, but this place is packed!
This guy starts talking, "As you all know, MSA represents some of the top dancers in the industry. What we are doing here today is looking for our next generation of stars. So with that, please have fun and I look forward to seeing you in the room."
We all go into the room and I am standing between two girls I've never met and never seen anywhere. Chloe is right in front of me and Maddie and Kenzie are behind me.
Then, some guy named Ben starts to teach us the hip hop combo and I pick it up right away. It's a really long combo. I move to stand next to Kenzie and she stops dancing.
