Eva Carter, a young girl with a passion for dance, auditions for the reality TV show 'Dance Moms' and makes it on. Will she win or will she lose?
"Girls, let's go! Hurry up!" Abby says as we stand in our line, "You walked into this room just as sluggish and as boring as you walked out on that stage. Zero energy. You're boring! At the bottom of the pyramid is Eva and Maddie. You two are normally first and second on that pyramid. Now you are on the bottom. Eva, you forgot your solo and you looked like an idiot on stage. It was horrifying for you, but also for me. Maddie, you had an opportunity to dance, but you didn't take it. They announce you and you are bawling in the audience. When opportunity knocks, answer the door. Next, Mackenzie. Your routine was a winning number, but you blew it. You fell and got tenth. Next, Paige. Not your best week, not your worst. Brooke, you are here because you don't give me enough. I just get a fake little smile. Next, Nia. You're here because you showed responsibility and you worked hard. On top, Chloe. You performed a great solo."
I hug Chloe.

"This week, we are going to energy dance competition in Chicago. Nia, you and Mackenzie are doing a duet. Paige, you have a solo. It's not a reward. You can screw up your own dance now. Brooke, you also have a solo. Chloe, you have a solo. I'm also doing a trio with Chloe, Brooke, and... Eva. I'm giving you a second chance sweetheart. Do good in this trio and you can expect more solos. Now, I'm looking at this pyramid and I don't even wanna do a group dance. You all look like slugs, but I want 150%. The group dance is about zombies because that's what I think you are on stage. You're like sleeping half the time. Holly, you are in charge of the costumes," Abby says. ____________ Group Rehearsal
"Give me a big grand plié and wiggle your head back and forth," Abby says.
I really like this number. It's super cool. Abby keeps yelling at Paige though. ____________ Trio Rehearsal
"Your trio this week is called Writing All These Words. It's a beautiful lyrical piece," Abby says and we nod. We start to learn the trio and it's really pretty.
There's one out where Chloe and Brooke flip me like we did in our last trio.
I'm super excited to compete this onstage. ____________ Group Rehearsal
"Five, six, seven, go!" Abby says, "One, Chloe! You're too slow. Energy, what are you doing, come on!"
"Wow, that's great energy Brooke," Abby says, sarcastically, "Boring. Sloppy. Lazy."
Then Abby sends us out for Paige's solo. ____________
Paige walks out of the room crying and Chloe and I go to comfort her. Christi comes down and hugs Paige while Kelly yells at Abby.
Kelly storms out of the studio and over to Paige.
"I wanna go home," Paige cries.
"We are," Kelly says as she picks Paige up. ____________
The next day, we arrive at the studio and Kelly starts talking to Mom.
"If I go in there, she's just gonna yell at me," Kelly says, "Can they go in with you and Eva?"
