Eva Carter, a young girl with a passion for dance, auditions for the reality TV show 'Dance Moms' and makes it on. Will she win or will she lose?
This week, we aren't at our normal studio, we are rehearsing in a different studio closer to the competition. Cathy and Vivi are missing. We all stand in a line while Abby begins to reveal the pyramid.
"Mackenzie, you and Vivianne didn't dance, so you are at the bottom. You and Vivianne are supposed to have a duet, but no Vivi. So you might be doing summer by yourself. Chloe, you are going to take the week off. No new solos. I think you need to work on your technique. Nia, you got seventh. I was happy with you, your mother is not happy with the choreography. Eva, your music stopped. You froze and forgot your dance. Did you walk off stage? No. You made something up and did improv. That is what a real professional should do. And that is why you are up here," Abby says and she points to my picture, "And not down here," she points to Kenzie's picture, "Maddie, you did great. I was very proud, but I don't wanna see any tears."

"For solos this week, it's going to be Maddie, Nia, and Eva again. Maddie, you are doing a lyrical routine called Universe in the 8 and under division. Nia, you will be competing in a different category called Folkloric Solos. Your dance is called Bollywood. Eva, you will be doing a solo in the nine to eleven division. Your piece is called Fly. Let's talk about this week's group routine," Abby says, "It's called Snapshot and you are all models. Have any of you modeled before?" We all raise our hands. "Good, perfect. This week we are bringing in a boy to be the photographer at the runway show."
"Brooke?" Christi says.
"I have a surprise for all of you. A big surprise. Here's our photographer!" Abby reveals the picture at the very, very top of the pyramid.
"It's Brandon!" Mom, Kelly, and Melissa scream.
"This is so weird!" Paige shrieks.
"Is he here?" Melissa asks.
"Brandon? Dianne?" Abby calls and Brandon and his mom walk through the doors. We all scream and clap when he comes in. Brandon hugs all us girls except for Brooke. Melissa goes to hug him. And then he goes to hug my mom.

"Brandon is my cousin. His mom is my mom's sister," I say.
"This is gonna be so much fun," I say sarcastically. ____________
Mom goes to hug Aunt Dianne and then I go hug her. Then Christi and all the girls follow.
"Brooke, Brandon, you used to have a duet. Well guess what, you're going to have partner work in this dance. You have four days to pull this number together. Everybody, five minutes to warm up and then choreography," Abby says.
We start to learn the group number and it's really fun. Brooke and Brandon have a lot of partner work. It's definitely really awkward for them because they used to date each other. One time, Maddie and I caught them behind the studio making out and they paid us both twenty dollars to not tell Abby or their moms.
