"That's what I'm looking into."
Adane nodded. The brothers then talked for a while before Adane left.
...
Work hours were almost finished when Bella exited the AHM building and went to the parking lot. The sun dipped low, casting a golden hue over the city. She strode towards her car, the day's stress melting away. Just as she was about to open the door, a familiar voice interrupted her thoughts.
"Bella!"
She turned around to see Adane standing there with a wide smile. His eyes sparkled, and he held out a beautifully wrapped gift box. Inside were a dozen delicate pink roses.
"Adane, what are you doing here?" Bella asked, her heart skipping a beat at the sight of him.
"I wanted to surprise you," he replied, handing her the roses. "And I have something else for you."
Curious and intrigued, Bella accepted the flowers and leaned in to kiss Adaane on the cheek. "You're full of surprises today."
"I did all this and you only kissed me here," He pointed to his cheek, "Is that all I deserve?" Adane asked feigning anger but you could hear the happiness in his voice."
"What else were you looking for, huh?" Bella giggled.
"Don't worry, I'll have my way soon."
Bella started blushing, she knew what he meant. "What else do you have up your sleeve?" she questioned.
Adane grinned mischievously. "That's for me to know and you to find out."
He led her to his car, opening the passenger door with a flourish. "Your chariot awaits, my lady."
"You're acting like a prince now."
Adane chuckled warmly at Bella's playful jab, his eyes twinkling with affection as he leaned against the car door.
"Well, if I'm the prince, then you must be my princess," he replied with a grin, extending his hand to help her into the car. "And tonight, my princess is all about making you feel special."
As Bella settled into the passenger seat, Adaane closed the door gently and walked around to the driver's side. He slid in beside her, glancing over with a lighthearted expression.
"Ready?" He asked.
Bella was just about to say yes when she realized something. "What about my car?"
"George will take care of it," Adane assured her. "Tonight, you're with me."
The drive was filled with laughter and playful banter. Bella couldn't help but wonder where they were headed.
"Why aren't we going home?" Bella finally asked, her curiosity getting the better of her.
"Silly girl, you'll just have to wait and see."
Soon, they arrived at a secluded spot in Central Park, surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. Adaane had set up a picnic blanket with a basket of Bella's favorite foods and a bottle of champagne on ice.
Bella was speechless. "Adane, you did all this?"
"I wanted tonight to be special," he said softly, looking into her eyes. "Because you're special to me, Bella."
She felt overwhelmed with emotion, seeing the effort he had put into making her happy.
When she turned around after taking in the beautiful setting, she saw Adane on one knee, holding a small box.
