FOURSOME AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT we, spouses Jason Sedilla and Kimberly Magno-Sedilla, both of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at Duplex B, Serrano Compound, Barangay 144, Malate, Metro Manila, hereby agree with the proposals of fellow spouses, Eric Zaragoza and Lynette Manzano-Zaragoza, also of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at Duplex A, Serrano Compound, Barangay 144, Bantayan, Malate, Metro Manila;
(Spouses Jason and Kimberly Sedilla, shall herein referred to as Party "A", and spouses Eric and Lynette Zaragoza shall herein referred to as Party "B".)
THAT Party A and Party B, under mutual consent, jointly agree to engage in sexual intercourse with each other, for purposes of exploring and strengthening their respective marital bond, honesty and fidelity.
THAT in the street parlance, this act, as manifested in this agreement by and between Party A and Party B, is termed "FOURSOME" or a unique sexual intercourse between four consenting adults, acting reasonably, to deal with and exchange sex with each other, sharing over one bed, and have fun at the same time;
THAT in so doing, they fully understand its resulting circumstances, and are prepared to face any felonious and/or ethical culpability under the laws of the Philippines, including gross violation of the edicts of their religious creeds;
THAT Party A and B, consider FOURSOME a method to a healthy sexual lifestyle, and psychological enrichment to augment their sexual intimacy and to fulfill their curiosity for an amazing sexual affair with other persons outside the sacredness of their marital beds;
Accordingly, the parties herein hereby agree to the terms and conditions stated hereunder:
