No camera, cellphone videos or any other recordings of audio or video gadgets will be allowed inside the room;
This is a one-time/one night stand deal. No repetition will transpire in the future and will not talk about it forever;
No one will share, talk or discuss what transpired inside the room to other persons, may it be relatives, friends or co-workers.
Men will wear condoms in the entire duration of the actual intercourse;
It will happen in a hotel room, carefully chosen for security reasons;
The event will commence at 6pm and shall conclude at 12am;
Should any from the involve parties decides to back out, even if it is already settled in the room, the event will be terminated immediately;
All parties are required to undergo full medical check-up, test and health rundown in order to determine whether they are free from any infectious or viral diseases, such as STD's, HIV's and AIDS. The conduct of such will be assisted and to be witnessed by one party member of this agreement, Dr. Kimberly Sedilla at her chosen hospital or clinic.
No drugs, alcohol or any other illegal substance is allowed to be taken, before and during the event.
Violation of any rules presented herein instantaneously revokes this agreement including any other future arrangements of the same.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, parties concur and will sign without the consideration of having other witnesses, to avoid danger that may jeopardize the exceptionality of this unique terms of agreement.
