THIRD PERSON POV:-

"She can't come with us to the coronation ceremony."

This was the only sentence ringing in Avni's ears since last night, a thought she couldn't escape. Why couldn't she go to her friend's coronation ceremony? Arjun and his family had personally invited her. Then why was she being held back? It was her connection with Aarohi that led to her family being invited, not Anya’s. So why was she excluded? Questions swirled in her mind, but no answers came.

At 4 a.m., unable to sleep, Avni got out of bed and decided to distract herself with work. After completing her morning routine, she sat at her study table and began immersing herself in tasks. Hours passed unnoticed, and she lost track of the day's plans. Unintentionally, she dressed in formal office wear, preparing herself for the meetings she was scheduled to attend with Arjun.

Today, she chose her favorite formal outfit, a piece she had proudly purchased during a street shopping spree. After getting ready, she greeted her mother and left for the office earlier than usual. Skipping college since there were no important lectures, she focused entirely on work. By the time Arjun arrived, she had already prepared several new designs for Rhea, Aarohi, and the younger members of the Singh family.

Feeling a sense of accomplishment, she decided to prepare breakfast for Arjun and herself. Half an hour later, as Arjun walked into the office, he was surprised to see her so early. However, they didn’t dwell on it and quickly resumed their tasks.

“Arjun ji, let’s take a small break for breakfast,” she suggested after a while.

Arjun nodded, appreciating her care. As Avni returned with a trolley of food, he stared in astonishment. She had prepared oats, sandwiches, salad, suji appe, and chutney—all by herself.

“Who made all this, Avni?” he asked, still shocked.

“I did,” she replied shyly, lowering her gaze, expecting him to scold her.

Arjun’s surprise turned into delight. “Let’s eat then. This smells amazing! I can’t wait to try everything.”

Throughout the meal, Arjun couldn’t stop praising her. “You have magic in your hands,” he said, savoring each bite. Avni blushed but felt a sense of pride at his compliments.

Once breakfast was over, they left for a meeting where Avni was tasked with presenting her jewelry designs to the Singh family. Nervous but determined, she reminded herself that Arjun would be by her side.

“You’ll do great, Avni. I believe in you,” he reassured her, gently squeezing her hand.

“Really?” she asked with uncertainty.
