ARJUN'S POV:

Today has been chaotic, to say the least. If Avni hadn't agreed to be my assistant, I would have cancelled the meeting. That person is a mastermind at consuming our brainpower, and currently, we're sitting in my car, heading to my office.

After arriving, Avni excused herself to make coffee for us. She knows how much I adore her coffee. As we sipped our coffee, she began giving me a head massage, and I felt my tension melt away. I must have dozed off, as the next thing I knew, Avni's hands were still gently massaging my head.

But my tranquility was short-lived, as Rhea's loud voice pierced the air. "What is wrong with this girl?" I thought to myself. Why does Rhea have such an aversion to Avni? It's beyond my comprehension.

Avni slipped away without a word, and I turned to face Rhea. "Rhea, bacha, come and sit," I said calmly, knowing that matching her aggression would only escalate the situation.

I explained everything to Rhea, and to my surprise, she grew concerned about my well-being and agreed to apologize to Avni. However, Avni had already left, so we headed to the mansion together.

As we arrived, I received a message from Shekhar: "Good evening, sir. We're at the Ghyan Sagar Library. Ma'am wanted to spend some time here, but she didn't allow us to stay. Don't worry, sir; I'll protect her."

I couldn't help but think, "This guy is a handful." Still, I couldn't deny his dedication to Avni, whom he treats like a little sister. That's the only reason he's still alive.

Upon arriving at the mansion, I greeted everyone and joined my dad, chachu, and dadu in my home office.

"I want to see the jewelry designs for your coronation," Dadu-saa stated, with Papa and Chachu nodding in agreement.

"Okay, I'll send you the designs," I replied, trying to sound nonchalant.

"No, we want a proper conference meeting in the office, and the designer will showcase the designs. Am I clear?" Dadu-saa asked, his authoritative tone leaving no room for argument.

"Ji, Dadu-saa," I replied politely.

We spent the next few hours discussing various issues affecting our business in Delhi. I assured them that Rohan was handling everything.

After our meeting, we headed to the dining room for dinner. Later that evening, I informed Avni about the meeting scheduled for the next day. We discussed a few key points over the phone before hanging up.

I spent the rest of the night working on some files until 12:30 a.m., then retired to my room.

The next morning was a whirlwind of activity, with everyone bustling about. I discovered that my siblings had planned something with Avni, but she had politely declined, citing meetings. I was impressed by her tactfulness.
