83. DNA REPORTS

ARJUN'S POV :-

"Her surgery was successful, she is safe now but........"

Vivaan stopped in the middle, I am looking into his eyes trying to find the words he left incomplete.

"Vivaan say but what? How is her condition?" The Varun guy asked him.

"The next 72 hours are very crucial for her and if she didn't gain consciousness in these hours. There are many assumptions that can happen."  Vivaan said and we looked at him.

"What are the assumptions? Tell me Vivaan."

"First one is She can slip into Coma' for days, weeks or years. Second one She can forget about everything, I mean full memory loss. 3rd one is worst she can lose a part of her memory or specific someone." He said the last part was looking at me.

"And if she didn't wake up last chances are d....de...at..h." He breaks down into sobs while saying this.

I sit down with a thud, I don't know what's happening here.

THIRD PERSON POV :-

Everyone is shocked to hear this, Varun falls on his knees. Devraj looks devastated too.

"I fail to protect you Nivi." Varun said in a broken voice.

"Who are you and what relations do you have with my sister?" Kunal asks him a professional tone.

"Who the hell are you and who gave you the right to call her sister? You are not her brother and you all can never be her brother. If you had taken her as a sister she wouldn't have suffered this much that too all alone. So stop calling yourself the brother of my sister." Varun's sudden outburst shock  everyone.

"You.... are....her.....brother." Arjun's voice broke.

"Yes I am her brother, her VB. And now I am back to take care of her, she doesn't need any of you." Varun replied looking into his eyes.

Varun left the room and went to the kids room, who are awake by now. He hugs the kids, he takes care of them.

2 DAYS LATER...

It's been 2 days since surgery, but she has not opened her eyes. Varun is being extra harsh with everyone even to his own family. The twins are always angry and not talking to anyone. Right now Arjun is sitting in the living room of Royal Palace where everyone is present including Varun and kids also. Vivaan has reports in his hands.

"I did the test to clear your doubts. I never doubted my sister, just to clear your doubts and prove my sister innocence, I did the DNA test of the twins. So the report says......" Vivaan said leaving it in the middle.

"Say Vivaan quickly." Anya said getting impatient.

"They both are Arjun's Sons. The DNA reports match 99.99%. Hence they are blood of the Royals, they both are Prince of Udaipur." Vivaan said in an authoritative tone.

Several gasp are heard, Amara sits on the couch with a thud. While the Desai's are shocked not believing anything. Arjun went to hug the twins, he kneeled down in front of them and opened his arms to hug them but they stepped back, shook their head as No. He sighs and moves back to his position lowering his head.
