Hey guys I'm changing this book name from "My Little Obsession" to "His Wife". I hope you understand that. I will remove the name My Little Obsession soon from the Title.

In the opulent courts of Rajasthan, where tradition meets innovation, King...
We both entered the house, and Maa made us perform some rituals. She didn’t win any of them, even when I tried to let her. She stayed quiet, barely responding to anyone. Soon, she left with Aarohi for the guest room as per Maa-saa’s instructions. We had to stay away from each other tonight.
I drowned myself in work, not wanting to interact with anyone. Amar was in the bar area, and I made sure he didn’t go near Avni. I knew him well, if he wanted something, he’d take it, and if he couldn’t, he’d ruin it. That’s why I assigned female bodyguards to stay outside her room, along with Shekhar.
At 8:30 p.m., I went into the kitchen to check what the staff had prepared for dinner. I knew they wouldn’t be aware of Avni’s preferences yet. Seeing me in the kitchen left them shocked. I checked the food and realized none of it suited her taste. So, I decided to make something for her.
I prepared her favorite onion uttapam with coconut chutney. I knew how much she loved it. Once done, I placed it on a tray and headed towards her room. I knocked twice, but there was no response. Turning the knob, I stepped inside and froze at the sight before me.
She was half-lying on the bed, still in her bridal lehenga, with her tablet beside her. I quickly set the tray on the table and moved towards her. Gently, I laid her properly on the bed, tapping her cheeks and calling her name. She woke up with a jolt, upon seeing me she instinctively backed away.
“Go and change your clothes. I brought you dinner.” I said firmly. I didn’t want her to see my softer side at least not now. I couldn’t afford to be weak, not when I needed to stay strong for her sake.
She sighed in relief at my words and tried to stand but failed miserably. I helped her up, and she slowly moved towards the vanity, beginning to remove her jewelry piece by piece. When she took off her earrings, she hissed in pain. I stepped forward, gently pulling the dupatta from her head. She tried to stop me, but I ignored her protests and continued helping.
When she struggled with her nose ring, I moved closer and turned her around. I pulled her gently towards me and carefully removed it

I placed the nose ring on the vanity table. She stared at me with her doe-shaped eyes, as if she wanted to ask something.
“Do you want to ask something?” I asked, my tone softer this time.
“I don’t have my clothes with me. What should I wear now?” She asked innocently.
Even in this situation, she behaved normally with me, showing no irritation. I was glad she wasn’t creating any scenes or problems.
