54 CARE

THIRD PERSON POV :-

She starts wiggling and tries to move her legs but...

"Arjun." She winced in pain, and he immediately looked at her face with concern.

"What happened baby?" He asked her softly this time wiping her tears which are flowing continuously.

"P..pa....ii...n...." She said while hiccupping.

"Shhh bachaa, first stop crying. I will give you a painkiller after breakfast and massage your legs okay. Now please stop crying baby." He said caressing her cheeks, she looks at him with wide eyes.

"Now rest till I take shower okay baby." He said and she nodded her head.

He left the bed and she closed her eyes again. After taking a shower, he prepared a hot bathtub for her. Coming out he sees her sleeping form and carries her in his arms. She stir in her sleep, he makes her stand with his support, she slowly opens her eyes feeling his lips on her eyes. His one hand wraps around her waist and the other one starts opening the buttons of her shirt. She lazily opened her eyes and saw him standing close her eyes widened. She looks down and gasps seeing the buttons of the shirt open. She hugged him quickly to hide herself.

"Jaan don't be shy now I have seen everything already." He whispered in her ear making her go all red.

He removes the shirt from her body and picks her up in his arms. He lay her in the bathtub and kissing her forehead he left. The moment he close the door, tears roll from her eyes. She silently cried so he don't know about her crying. After sometime she comes out of the bathtub and move towards the shower stall. She turns on the tab as a cold one and stands under it.

She loose her control over herself and broke down into sobs. After a while she comes out and dry herself. Wrapping herself in the bathrobe she comes out in the room and sees it empty. She starts moving towards the couch and sits on it.

After a good five minutes Arjun entered the room and saw her. Moving towards her he keeps the tray on the coffee table. He picked her up and moved towards the walk in closet.

"Open the door baby." He said in her ear and she did it like an obedient child.

He placed her inside on the stool and moved towards the clothes section. Taking out a simple sweatpants and tshirt for her he passed it to her and left to give her some privacy. She checks the clothes and sees they are not big but of her size. Wearing it with difficulty she comes out.

"Come here bacha and have your breakfast." He said softly, she nodded her head and sat on the single couch a little far from him.

It breaks his heart seeing her distance herself from him, but he kept quiet knowing it's his fault. The rest of the day she spent in the room only and he was there most of the time with her.

Days passed like that but she was locked in the room only most of the time... Whenever he is with her they have their meal in the dining room, other than that she just lay on the bed and rest because she can't go out of the room as he always locks the door behind him. The balcony door is also locked. She hadn't seen the sunrise or sunset for the last 10 days. She hadn't worked on her designs nor read anything. The room is filled with his pictures only and she just observes his features. Her routine is like waking up a little late, freshening up then eating, walking in the room or closet and sleeping. But she decided to talk to him about it. Her trace broke hearing the door opening, she didn't see in the direction and said.

"I don't want to eat anything, please leave me alone." Saying this she lay on the bed again.

The person standing there was not a maid but her MIL. Who came to see her, but was shocked seeing darkness in the room during the daytime. Avni didn't hear the sound of the door closing so she opened her eyes and looked at the person standing there. Thinking if the person is Arjun then he will punish her like day one. Yes he didn't touch her like that again after that day. But she is scared of seeing his other side.

A sigh of relief escaped from her mouth seeing her MIL. She gets up and run towards her, Amara takes her in her embrace and starts caressing her hair. After sometime they break the hug and Amara cupe's her face.

"Mera bachaa why do you look so pale?" She asked Avni with concern.

(My child)

Avni just hugs her again and tears roll down from her eyes which she hides by hugging her. After sometime they break the hug, but before that Avni has wiped her tears. They settled on the bed and talked for some time and Amara fed her lunch which she had made by herself for Avni. They spent a good time together, while Avni slept talking to her and Amara left the room after making her lay properly on the bed.

Coming out she moves towards the kitchen and cooks Arjun's favourite dinner as it's almost dinner time. After an hour she comes out and sees Arjun sitting on the sofa in the hall.

"Kaisa hai mera beta?" She asked while moving towards him. He turned and smiled towards her while patting a seat beside him.

(How are you my son?)

"Maa-saa mai theek hu. Aap kaisi hai?" He replied and kept his head on her lap.

(Mother I am fine. How are you?)

"Kya hua?" She asked him while running her finger in his locks.

(What happened?)

"Mujhse bhaut bari galti ho gayi maa-saa ushe samjhne mai." He said and hugged her tightly.

(I made a huge mistake in understanding her, maa-saa.)

"Toh maafi mang lo beta, woh maaf kar degi." She said caressing his hair.

(So apologize son, she will forgive you.)

"Maa-saa ushne mujhe maaf nahi kiya toh?" He asked like a kid, she chuckled at his thoughts.

(Maa-saa what if she didn't forgive me?)

"Aapse galti hui hai beta aur mai janti hu apni beti ko woh tumhe zaroor maaf kar degi ushka Dil bhaut saaf hai beta kabhi ushke Dil ko chot nahi pohchana." She explained to him.

(You have made a mistake my son and I know my daughter, she will definitely forgive you, her heart is a very clean son, never hurt her heart.)

He smiled and she left bidding bye with him. Even he forced her to have dinner with them but she left saying everyone must be waiting in the palace. He went into his room thinking how to apologise to her. Opening the door he sees his beautiful wife combing her hair quickly. He went near her and hugged her from back making her flinch. He turns her and hugs her again. After a while she broke the hug and looked at him.

"Can I join the office please?"
