Luna's eyes fluttered open, her wrists bound as she lay sideways in the back of an SUV. The siphon had spent far too much time in the back country of Louisiana to not recognize the pungent scent and rugged roads. She quickly sprung into action, trying to kick out the back window. The car came to a stop, and Luna could hear footsteps approaching her.
She began preparing for the worst, the worst creature with the worst weapon. All she had to protect herself were her hands and feet, nothing else. The trunk door swung open and a man reached in to grab Luna; she frantically began kicking her legs, hitting the man in the abdomen and shoulder.
'Seriously?' A voice said in annoyance, a voice that Luna briskly discerned as Tyler Lockwood's.
'What the fuck, Tyler?' She hollered angrily, looking up at him and trying her best to keep her distance.
'You don't wanna fight me, Luna. You can't beat a hybrid anymore and you know it.' Tyler shot back, using zip ties to secure her ankles to ensure she can't run off and checking her hands so that she can't siphon from him.
Luna groaned loudly, resisting his hold as much as she can, 'Let go off me, you back-stabbing piece of shit asshole!'
'Shut up!' Tyler yelled, his grasp growing rougher the more she struggled. He dragged her out of the trunk, throwing the brunette over his shoulder and stomping through the Bayou, advancing deeper into the woods as Luna thrashed around in his hold.
It didn't take long before the pair -- Luna more reluctantly -- had arrived in a rundown encampment in the depths of the Bayou. He dropped her on the steps outside of the shack, her wrists and ankles still bound, 'What is this place?' She questioned, looking around for a weapon or anything she could use to protect herself.
'The armpit of Louisiana.' Tyler answered, hardly sparing a glance in her direction on the floor as he unveiled the knife in his pocket, wielding it proudly in an attempt to threaten the girl.
Instinctively, Luna shuffled backwards away from the hybrid, 'What are you planning on doing with that?' She sought out, her voice trembling as she tried her hardest to conceal it.
'That depends on you.' He kneeled down, cutting the zip-ties binding her ankles.
She brought her recently freed legs closer towards her, clutching them close to her chest with her fastened hands.
'You attacked me, remember? In the comfort of my own home.' Luna replied sharply, a bitter look on her face.
Tyler scoffed, standing up and looking down at the girl in disgust, 'Your home? It's Klaus' home. Your shacking up with that psycho, but I remember a few years ago when you'd do anything in your power to kill him, you switched up quickly.'
'Okay, I don't need any reminders from you of the person I used to be. Trust me, I know very well. But I doubt you, of all people, should be passing judgement considering you have no issues slaughtering a pr-' Luna cut herself off quickly, her pause was telling as Tyler looked up with a knowing smirk.
