This guy up here is Animus or f/n's main villain. He's not really apart of the LOV, but they share the same goal of attacking the 1-A students. What exactly is his history with f/n's parents. And who knows what he wants to do with f/n - definitely nothing good...
This is only part one of character designs. Hopefully in the next one we'll have Airy (The pro hero that recruited f/n) and Misty (f/n's mother)
