Chapter 34: Rewards

After receiving the notification of task completion from the system, Mu Sheng exited the dungeon.

When he opened his eyes again, he found himself sitting on a bed covered with a white sheet.

This was the initial room for every player, furnished with only a bed, a table, and other basic necessities for living.

Mu Sheng knew he had cleared the dungeon and completed the clue task, but he did not realize he had also conveniently achieved the wish system.

According to the system's previous explanation, the rewards from the wish system were diverse and could be items or a type of skill.

Generally, different hosts receive different rewards from the wish system.

The first reward issued was a special reward for clearing the Rules Campus dungeon—

A rectangular card, glowing brightly, suddenly appeared in mid-air,

slowly descending before Mu Sheng, surrounded by floating silver-white light dots.

Once the brilliance completely faded, Mu Sheng could see the pattern on it:

This card, resembling a tarot card, seemed to be split into two parts by an invisible line,

with a black scale on top,

and a pair of spread white wings below.

The two patterns subtly suggested a confrontation.

Neither had a realistic style; the lines outlining the patterns were somewhat exaggerated and strange.

On the back of the tarot card, there was a dark golden pattern printed on the surface, appearing faintly under the light's reflection,

giving the entire card a noble and mysterious feeling.

It floated silently before Mu Sheng, spinning for a few circles, then landed in his fingers.

The silver-white light scattered like stars, occasionally brushing against Mu Sheng's hair,

casting a layer of light over his delicate features.

The system, seeing the scene before it, fell silent for a moment.

While in the dungeon, to be precise, Zhao Mu Sheng's features were not significantly different from the host's,

but compared to the host's original body, there was always a feeling that something was missing.

Mu Sheng accepted the reward from the clue task, holding it carefully and examining it for a while.

The texture of this card was different from ordinary materials; it felt very smooth,

like jade, yet externally, it bore no resemblance to jade at all.

Mu Sheng glanced at the detailed information of this reward:

【Card of Order and Freedom: A card that will be helpful to you】

The explanation was very simple and provided almost no useful information; reading it only made things more confusing.

Mu Sheng frowned and decided to set the card aside for now,

and opened the rewards from the wish system.

【Wish System: Congratulations on achieving your wish goal in this dungeon. A total of (99/100) players have successfully cleared and left this dungeon.】

Mu Sheng asked, "The one who didn't leave is Wang Qiang, right?"

But it was a bit strange. According to the system's previous explanation, all players should be able to leave the dungeon after completing the clue task.
