Weeks of running from Stanley and his murderous crew go by, although I haven't been there for much of it.

Senku and the others have not only been running and keeping Xeno as hostage, but doing everything they possibly can to help the revival of this world.

They've traveled to multiple countries to de-petrify enough people to get things kick-started. Of course I'd be called upon for my translation skills.

But for the most part, I've been spending a good chunk of my time with Ruri and the others back in Japan. Progress here has been going pretty well.

I continue to have on and off nightmares, ones that surprisingly have no relation to Hydra. All I seem to remember are a pair of glowing red eyes and the gleam of something metallic, before waking up in a cold sweat.

I've kept this from Senku. It's not the greatest idea, but I've never really had great ideas to begin with. I'm sure if he finds out, he'll be livid.

What am I supposed to say? 'Oh hey honey, by the way, I'm having strange dreams about a pair of red eyes that aren't yours!'

He'll be pissed I'm losing too much sleep over something he'd classify as minuscule.

So far I've been able to pull energy from some plants or trees on my really bad days where it's easily seen that I haven't slept in days.

Currently I'm relaxing in the hammock in the bedroom of our mountainside home.

Relaxing, but not sleeping.

'Star?'

Ah, so the nerd decides to speak after days of radio silence.

'What is it?'

'Can you come here, please?'

A sigh escapes my lips. Without replying, I'm already teleporting to wherever he may be.

I ended up popping up right in between Senku and Xeno, making the latter jolt with surprise. The mad man wasn't quite used to me popping in and out of places just yet.

My eyes briefly make a scan of my surroundings, observing that we're in a makeshift lab of sorts. I can only assume that Senku and the rest of them have finally stopped running, built a base, and will soon be ensnared in a stand off with Stanley.

"Hey." The vermillion eyed man snaps me out of my thoughts.

Looking at him, I flash him my best smile that I can muster. I'm praying he doesn't see how tired I am.

"What did you need me for?"

Xeno clears his throat, subtly trying to gain my attention. I'm aware that he's been trying for the past few weeks, and I've done my best to avoid speaking with him.

I shoot a sideways glance at the male, giving him a simple and dry "Oh hey", before looking back at my boyfriend.

Senku sends me a look that's one of scolding.
