Y/n's POV

After getting beaten by Samuel and Dan, we headed back to the guild with the book that we were looking for. Dad was still tiny and sitting on Happy's head, as everyone in the guild was enjoying the fact that he was so small. "Oh my, can he stay like this?" Auntie Mira asked.

"Get serious." Cana answered. Happy looked up at who was just listening to everyone talk about him while trying to ignore them. "Hey Natsu, this is kind of uncomfortable." Happy complained.

"You sit on my head all the freaking time!" Dad shouted. I giggled as I heard dad's voice, which sounded different since he was tiny now. Gray reached over before picking dad up by his scarf before turning to Max. "You excited, Max?" Gray asked. Max looked at him, not sure what he was talking about. Dad was trying to punch Gray as he was being held by his scarf. "Huh?" Max asked.

"This is your chance to open up shop again. A lifelike Natsu figurine. It'll sell like hot cakes." Gray joked.

"I'm not a collectible, you jerk!" Dad shouted. Dad was breathing a little bit of fire as everyone just laughed at him. I laughed along with everyone before looking over at mom who was reading the story that we ended up fighting over. "Would you pipe down! I'm trying to concentrate on this." Mom shouted. I looked over at her to apologize before seeing her gasp. "I've figured some things out." Mom said, walking over to us with the book.

"Yeah? Like what?" Dad asked.

"This book, for instance. My dad followed its story to the letter." Mom explained. Everyone was looking at her, a little confused by what she meant. "What do you mean?" I asked.

"I'm saying there's more fact than fiction in its pages. The 'Key of the Starry Heavens' is about a little girl who goes in search of six keys. It says the keys are said to bring happiness when they're all collected." Mom answered. Juvia was going off on one of her lovey-dovey things while I did my best to ignore her. "Thing is... In finding her happiness, the girl unknowingly brings sorrow and misfortune to everyone around her." Mom finished.

"That's no good. What a crappy ending." Happy said. Carla scolded him for his comment, seeming more upset than normal. "How does the story begin?" Big sis asked.

"Well, according to what it says here, the first key takes a journey." Mom answered. Dad commented on the fact that keys can't take journeys. Before Gray pointed out that it was a metaphor. "Alright, then where in the heck did it go?" Dad asked.

"Do I have to spell it out for you? Think about it. Where did the Legion Platoon strike first?" Gray asked, trying to help dad realize what was happening. Dad realized what he meant before looking back at mom. "Michelle carried the clock hand all the way to Fairy Tail, so in other words, it took a journey. Everything that's happened after that directly results from it." Mom said. Everyone took a second to process what that meant while mom read the next part. "In the story, the little girl goes in search of the five remaining keys. One by one, she finds them in a variety of places. Finally she travels to a cathedral, and that's where she finds the sixth key." Mom said, flipping through the pages.

"A cathedral? You don't think..." Big sis started, looking out towards the cathedral in town.

"No, it isn't Kardia Cathedral. In fact, it's nowhere near Magnolia." Mom answered.

"Where is it then?" I asked.

"This was my favorite story when I was a little girl. I used to read it over and over again. One day, I realized the places the girl traveled to in the story were real. It makes me wonder... If my dad came to the same realization, then I'll bet he hid the other five keys in those spots. Did he ever mention any of this, Michelle?" Mom asked.
