E I G H T Y - F O U R

The next morning, we had breakfast delivered to us, and we had another lazy day in the hotspring. We went out for lunch and stayed out until after dinner, we would be leaving early for Tokyo, so we packed our things and left out a set of clothes to wear on the drive. We climbed into bed, and Gabriel was the first to fall asleep, I followed soon after excited to spend tomorrow in the big city.

Gabriel woke me up at 6:00, and I groaned when he told me the time. I knew we were leaving early, but why this early... I got up and pulled on a robe. He had breakfast all set up, but I was still half asleep, so not really hungry, I grabbed some onigiri and fruit and placed them in a container to bring with me. I drank some tea and chatted with Gabriel while he ate.

We loaded our luggage into the back of an SUV we rented, and I climbed in the passenger seat. Gabriel went around to the drivers side and slammed the seat all the way back but still couldn't fit with the steering wheel. He sighed.

"Looks like you're driving little Mate, unless you want me to get someone to drive us?"

"Don't be silly, I have no issues driving. You just get the job of feeding me along the way." I laughed, handing him my container of food.

He just grinned and pushed the passenger seat back and got in. I walked around and climbed behind the wheel and pulled the seat back up so I could reach the pedals. His arm was practically in my seat too he took up so much room. I started the car and took a quick look at the map. Once we were on the highway, I wouldn't need help until we were in the city.

Gabriel fed me as I drove but also ate half of it, so I was getting hungry as we neared Tokyo. The roads were busy, and I wasn't sure where I had to go. I pulled off the highway when we reached the city limits and drove until I found what I was looking for, McDonald's. I found a parking spot nearby and got out stretching.

"Ready to eat, baby?" I asked, grabbing my purse.

"I'm always ready to eat. What are we having?" He asked as he got out and walked around the car.

"McDonald's." I laughed and pulled him down the street towards it.

I was starving, so I ordered probably more than I needed, but I got a shrimp burger, teriyaki chicken burger, some fries, a matcha frappe, and some petite pancakes. Gabriel ordered four or five burgers, a few large fries, and a coke. We were told to grab a seat, and our food would be out soon, I thanked them, and we picked a seat. It was pretty empty this time of day, after breakfast, but before lunch.

Our food was delivered, and it looked great, I took a quick picture and sent it to Cammy before digging in. The burgers were great for being fast food, and the frappé was delicious. Gabriel seemed to enjoy his food too. He finished every last bite and even finished the pancakes that I was too full to eat. I pulled out my phone again and sent a message to my friend to get the address of where we were going. She was quick to reply and said she got us all the presidential suite at the Mandarin Oriental.

We walked back to the car, and I plugged the address into the GPS, and it said we were twenty minutes away. I sighed, now we had to drive through the busy streets.

"Alright baby, we are heading to the hotel now, my friend is there now waiting for us, it sounds like she will be staying in the suite with us, I'd imagine her mate as well. If that's okay with you?" I asked, looking at him.

"As long as I'm not sharing my bed with anyone but you, I'm fine with whatever." He smiled, grabbing my hand and kissing it.

"Okay, great, I'm going to get you to be my directions man." I handed him my phone. "They always tell me too late when I have to turn, and I'm never in the right lane..."
