"Alright," Baur sighed as he pulled his blue tinted skin off her chest. The second his hands were off Brooke's, Owen reached over and gently pulled her shirt down, covering her back up. "Be honest, Little Rose, how are you feeling now?"

"Hungry," she giggled. "Sleepy and awake."

"Sleepy and awake?" he asked in confusion. "Can you explain it better please?"

"My mind is awake and racing but my body is sleepy." She pouted. "I want to nap in Owey's bed more but my mind is too loud."

"Okay, what is that noisy mind saying?" Owen asked as he moved her head into his lap so he could run his fingers through her hair. "Tell me everything."

A soft sigh left her lips as she savored the feeling. Owen wasn't usually a touchy person so the fact he was doing this meant he was more worried about her than he was letting on. It hurt her heart that she made him feel this way. She didn't want him to worry over her. If he was worried that meant the others were worried too. Maybe a hug would make him feel better?

"Papa?"

Owen's eyes widened as he looked at Sean. Her soft whisper was loud in the room. "Yes, Carebear?" he asked as he watched Sean type away on his phone.

"Huggies?"

"I would love a huggie," he whispered, "but we have to be careful not to hurt your boo boos so nice and slow, okay?"

"Tay," she agreed as she let him move her so she was sitting on his lap. His hands rested on her back, holding her upright as she slowly slid her arms up around his neck and laid her head in the crook of his neck. "Bebber," she murmured as his comforting scent wrapped around her.

"Much better," he whispered into her hair. While he wanted to hold her tighter, he didn't want to risk upsetting the injuries Sean, well Baur, just healed. He knew Baur healed the most concerning injuries but he wasn't able to heal them completely so her body was still weak and sensitive. It seemed like they would have to have multiple healing sessions but if that was the way it had to be, then so be it. Whatever it took to make Brooke better, they would do and support.

"I want a huggie too," Sean playfully whined.

"I think everyone will want huggies," Owen admitted even though he didn't want her to leave his arms. As long as she was with him she was safe.

Her head lifted up so her eyes were staring into his. "I okay, Dragon."

"Okay," he whispered as he pushed some of her hair out of her eyes. "Let's go give everyone those special hugs of yours."

Owen swooped her up onto his hip, made sure she was comfortable before striding out of the room with Sean following behind. They made their way back downstairs toward the living room. It seems there was a slight commotion coming from the room. Brooke's eyebrows drawn together as to what could be going on. He could feel the nerves and shyness overtaking her.

Upon entering the room, Brooke's eyes widened in surprise. There was Gabe ordering Silas to put a huge fuzzy looking bean bag chair around the room. At the same time Corey was doing something on his laptop while Victor was pulling something out of one of the bags that was hanging from his arms. The rest of the guys were listening to Gabe bossing them around.

"See Little Treasure," Owen's deep voice startled the commotion into silence. "Everything is okay, they aren't fighting. They are just being loud and obnoxious."

"They were just so excited that you are awake and feeling better that they forgot to keep quiet," Sean smirked before placing a kiss on her forehead. "Alright, everyone let's lower our voices so we don't hurt Carebear's ears. We don't need her getting a headache."

"Huggies?" she meekly asked the group. Happiness overtook her when they dropped everything and rushed over to her.

"Careful," Dragon warned as Gabe eagerly took her from his arms. Gabe chuckled as she sighed in happiness and started twirling his hair around her finger. "I'll get her sippy cup."

"What's going on here?" a deep voice came from the doorway.

"Daddy!" Brooke beamed as she waved and made grabby hands from around Gabe's neck. "Dada!"

"Carebear," The Taylor brothers said in unison while smiling.

"You hungry, Little One?" Marc asked as he held a few bags of food. "We got Chinese."

"Yummy!" Brooke smiled as North set the bags that he had down so he could take her from Gabe.

"We need to watch for any effects from the magic," Sean mumbled to Owen as they watched her curl up in North's hold before opening her mouth so he could put a piece of sesame chicken in. Her body shifted from side to side in happiness as she chewed.

"She is–"

"Papa! Poppy!" Brooke called out waving to them. "Come eat! Come!"

Grins broke out on the men's faces as they stepped to their family and their queen, "Coming!"
