(Finnick POV)
Katniss is already screaming as I try to pull the skin together for stitching. With each pull of the string she tightens her grip on Peeta's hand I swear she was going to break his hand before I could finish stitching her shoulder. I think of Annie when we we're getting married in district 13. I finish stitching and now everyone realizes why I volunteered to stitch, after so many years of making knots in district 4 the fishing district, I learned a thing or two about sewing severe rope burns with a string from the rope, just a thing everyone knows on district 4. Katniss looks relived as she sits up, and hugs Gale, and I, she kisses Peeta lovingly making me immediately start walking towards Annie. She looks at me barely able to say, "Hey, is Katniss okay?" I'm kissing her before she can get an answer out of me. "I love you," I say, "and yes, Katniss is fine." "I love you," she says. We kiss again, before unloading food for lunch.
