Chapter 61

(Peeta POV)
I feel like a waste of a person at the moment. I look around at everyone running from place to place some people shopping, others helping prepare food. All I've done since I got here is try to organize battle plans with Paylor, she always seems to find problem with my ideas, and even the back up plans. I've been forced to wear a blood pressure bracelet, as everyone here seems to think I'm going to snap at any second and try to kill everyone. I feel like my old habits are coming back, I've chewed my nails to the nub, I've spent my days here talking with Paylor then going to the deepest parts of thirteen, places I think people must've forgotten about considering how dated everything looks. I walk down tone of the places I found yesterday, but never really had time to search, it's an old records room, they have all these movies, books, and recorded songs, along with magazines, and newspapers. I look through one of the  books labeled, "Marine Biology," I flip through the pages looking at the images of the animals, I'm sure the people of district 4 know everything about these animals, I already know about fish of course, but I see things called sharks, octopus, dolphin, blue whale, and my favorite, orca whale. The orca whale was huge and it had such an appearance, it was like it was nice and friendly, but also deadly. I put away the book and find a cabinet labeled, "Comic Books". I open it excited and curious, I pull out one of the magazine like things, and read the title, "The Incredible Hulk". I read through the pages quickly I can identify with the main character, "Bruce Banner," as he becomes a monster when the emotion of anger strikes him. I know when the leftover bits and pieces  of tracker jacker venom make me lose my sense of self and go crazy I turn into a monster. I immediately get hooked to the comic, and read as many as I can about, "The Incredible Hulk". I look at one of the clocks on the wall to see its getting really late. I'm almost to Katniss and I's room when I seen her still with bandages up and down her arms and legs come running up to me, tears streaming down her face, she embraces me in a hug, she's shaking uncontrollably, I ask her what's wrong, she replies with, "He's back," she pauses for a gasp of air through her tears, "Snow's back."
