(Peeta POV)
Today I am marrying the girl who I saw walk to and from school everyday, the one who I was and still am willing to die for. The one who never let me the real me go when I was hijacked she's so beautiful in the dress. I look into her eyes I notice her eyes are no longer the sad gray I saw when she looked at me when we were in the cave and I was dying, or when I did die for a few seconds in that ambulance. Her eyes are a sweet deep blue filled with happiness, their filled with innocence, like they've never seen war, or death. The girl who I though would never know I existed now loves me, and this I know real beauty. Then something clouds my vision, my body tenses for a second scared that the tracker jacker venom is going to make me want to kill the love of my life, but then something else happens, like a quick flash into the future. Katniss and I sit in chairs, a meadow full of dandelions in front us, two children run through the field playing happily then they come running up to us, they both run up to Katniss and I and exclaim, "Mommy, Daddy, look what I found!" The little girl who looks just like Katniss did the first time I saw her. She has two braids, and wears a white cotton dress with some green stains in it from the meadow grass. In her hands she holds a gold locket with the mockingjay symbol on it. She opens up the locket, and it shows a picture of Katniss from our first Hunger Game. The boy looks kind of like me, with blonde hair, and Mediterranean blue eyes. He holds an arrow it looks so aged, the wood covered in algae and falling apart, feathers cover the end of the arrow. "That's the arrow I shot at the deer before my first reaping," Katniss exclaims. The children look at her questioningly before running of to find more treasures. "How do you remember that," I ask. "It was one of my best arrows, and it had mockingjay feathers on it." I come back to reality to find Katniss kissing me. She pulls away and smiles, "I love you." She kisses me harder, then pulls away and hugs me. Then We lay down on the towel and just share each others warmth in the cooling breeze. Then we fall asleep, my arms around her, her head resting on my chest, I feel her breaths slow as she falls asleep. I fall asleep excited to live the memory I witnessed.
