(Katniss POV)
I get up still oddly tired now, I get dressed, and rise out my mouth again, and come back to see Peeta talking to a girl about my age, she giggles and twirls her hair flirtatiously. I walk up and sit on the bed next to Peeta, I kiss him roughly, he pulls away giving me an angry look before turning back to the girl, only to find she's walking away. He gets up and walks away angry with my jealousy. I walk around and find Annie and Finnick help Finn with walking in a little circle, I heard he took his first steps 2 days ago. I wave to them as I pass by, and they wave back smiling. I make a loop back to where Peeta and I are stationed, on my way a woman is handing out pieces of paper and some pens for people to write and draw on to preoccupy themselves. I take a piece of paper and pen and return to find Peeta siting on the floor with his back against the bed drawing something. I join him, but give him some space. I try writing what it feels like to walk through the woods during the sunset in spring, but the vocabulary makes it feel all awkward. So instead I try drawing it, it looks like a child did it, but the trees are okay. I show my work to Peeta, he smiles, and I watch him hold in a laugh at the two stick figures watching the sunset. He shows me his work, it looks almost real, like you're laying on the ground , right in frog of you, and a bit to your left, there's a katniss root, and in the distance there's a silhouette of a mother watching her small son chase her daughter through a meadow of ankle high grass, "It's beautiful," I say in a whisper of awe. "You're beautiful," he says, I smile.
