(Gale POV)
I've been in a world of pain over the last hour or so. The Capitol has a new weapon which is a flying machine. I already have a plan, I just need the materials. I pop my head outside the window of the truck and see out side the fence chicken wire, the same used to make the fence, though there is no barbed wire around here, that should work. I go to the front of the truck and ask the man if we are going outside the fence, in which he responds yes. I wait until we're outside, and jump out of the truck, I grab the chicken wire and jump back in the slow moving vehicle. I jump in, and we slowly move back to the hovercraft. When we board It takes us about 15 minutes to get to a small cabin, I tell Cressida, and Johanna my plan, and we start building. We construct a circle of wire, pieces of wood we found help to keep it together, then we take fabric we found in the cabin, and wrap the circle in fabric, then we cut 18 rectangles, and a square for Katniss to shoot people in the field with. We finish late and head off to bed, hopefully this plan works.
