"We have to get Annie out," I say anxiously, "we'll try to contact them on the phone, tell them to meet us at the fence in 4 1/2 hours." "Why isn't President Paylor sending in troops to take 2 out," Katniss asks, sounding frustrated, and confused. "Because, Paylor doesn't believe me," I reply. "How did you get this information," Peeta questions. "I got out of the hospital today, and while I was passing one of the visitors I heard them talking on the phone saying they were positioned, and ready to attack," I say, " I turned a corner, and listened to the rest of the conversation, and well that's how I found out." "Where was the hospital you were staying at," Katniss asks eyes widened with shock, and fear. "The Capitol."
