It's the weekend, and Chelsea still can't stop thinking about her relationship with Caleb. She notices how excited he has been lately now that school is almost over and he's one step closer to moving to Boston. Caleb and his mother have been doing a lot of shopping for his dorm, and he invites Chelsea to Walmart to help him pick out the rest of the things he needs.

As they walk through the store, Caleb mentions buying extra blankets because he's heard how cold it gets in Massachusetts. Chelsea immediately catches an attitude.

"It gets cold in Georgia too," Chelsea says, rolling her eyes.

Caleb looks at her with disappointment. "It's not forever, bae."

"It's still long enough for you to forget about me," Chelsea replies. She knows she sounds insecure, but she can't hide how much his move is bothering her.

"Look, I've always wanted to go to college and have a real shot at making it to the league," Caleb explains as he pushes the cart down the aisle. "I can't pass up an opportunity like this—especially when they're offering me a full scholarship. If you really love me and want this relationship to work, you have to trust that a little distance isn't going to change how I feel about you."

Chelsea listens quietly as she follows beside him. She wants to believe Caleb, but she can't shake the fear that once he arrives in Massachusetts, he'll experience a completely different life—one that may no longer have room for her.

For now, Chelsea decides to remain hopeful. She loves Caleb, and she isn't ready to lose him before he has even left.
