Title: I'm Not As Green As I'm Cabbage Looking
I'm not as green as I'm cabbage looking
I've heard these chat up lines before
You tell me distance isn't a problem
But how often would you be at my door?
I've fallen for these lies in the past
Once they've got what they want they're gone
If you call them out beforehand
They soon stop with the 'come-on'
Agendas. Lies. Self-service. Deception.
These are the tools of communication
I'm not as green as I'm cabbage looking
But in love I'm cursed to lonely damnation
