A day full of anticipation, it's delicious
Thank God It's Friday, you can dance, you can jive
Friday comes from Freitag meaning "day of Frigg" - Goddess Venus
Work is over - let's get out of this dive!
Smile - don't be a wenis!
Friday, I'm In love, but don't move too soon
You'll be back at work before you know it
But for now you're over the moon
Let's move it, let's split
Friday On My Mind, happy Friday folks!
Plans to be made in earnest fun
Drink and smoke and jokes!
A real smoking gun
Last Friday Night, I'd do it all again
Regret nothing, kick it to the curb
Only time for party, no time for pain
