Title: Saturn Return

Every 29.5 years Saturn returns
To the point in orbit of your birth
Heralding the next phase of your life
A direct line to you, on Earth

The first Saturn Return
You leave youth behind
Entering adulthood, reflecting
On life's mountain, you've climbed

The second Saturn Return
Now comes settlement, maturity
Into its full confident bloom
A sense of who you are, security

The third Saturn Return
Usually the last one you'll see
Entering a wise old age
A picture of a life well lived, you'll be

The forth Saturn Return
Unusual, but less so as we live longer
Love, live, learn from your mistakes
Forgive, help others be stronger

Cassini showed us Saturn's North Pole
Unusual hexagon storm in science
Long ancient knowledge of the planet
Time before telescopes, in defiance

Orbits aligned along electric poles
Fearsome storms so magnetic
Saturn ate his children in madness
A despicable action so prophetic

Things change, orbits vary
Unlock the lies you'll learn
Retrain your minds lazy eye
Now comes Saturn's Return
