Kieth's POV,
"Madame, can I talk to you?"
I ask when I see her coming from her office.
Tumigil naman siya at hinarap ako.
"Oh Mr. Villarde you're still here."
"I went back Madame. Please, I badly need to talk to you."
Paki-usap ko sa kanya.
"Okay, it seems very important. Let's go to my office."
Pagpayag naman niya at nauna ng maglakad papunta sa opisina niya at sumunod naman ako.
"Have a seat."
Sabi niya at umupo naman ako sa harap ng desk niya.
"Madame can I ask the reason why you reject my mom's proposal?"
"I don't give any answer to that question, hijo."
"But Madame please I beg you."
Pagmamakaawa ko sa kanya.
"Alam mo hijo, you have humility. Most companies want to become part of us. Ikaw ang kauna-unahang taong nagmakaawa sakin."
Nakangiting paliwanag niya sakin at napangiti ako sa kanya.
"Can I count on you?"
"Yes ma'am."
Masayang sabi ko.
"Okay, I reject your mom's offer because you didn't meet the cut off profit."
Paliwanag naman niya sakin.
"What can I do to become part of your corporation, Madame?"
Tanong ko ulit sa kanya.
"Ayaw mo talagang sumuko nuh? If I'm not wrong, you want your mom to become proud of you."
Nagulat naman ako sa sinabi niya. Paano niya nalaman yun.
"I know you're wondering. You're mom she's so desperate. But she doesn't have the quality of being one of us. Pero dahil mabait ka, I'll give you a nice offer. Pero satin lang to. Can I trust you?"
Sobrang saya ko nung sinabi niya yun sakin.
"Of course, Madame."
"Okay, here's the deal. I have a rebellious grand daughter named Lorry."
Panimula niya. Nagulat naman ako dun. I didn't know that.
"I know you're shocked but only few know about it. And I don't know what happened to her and why did she turned into that. Gusto kong patino-in mo siya."
She explained. Medyo madali naman pala yung pinapagawa niya.
"I know sa tingin mo madali lang but depende sa diskarte mo. Basta wag mo lang saktan ang apo ko. You only have one month to do that. Mas maaga mas maganda. Kapalit nun ang pagiging stockholder niyo sa corporation."
Paalala lang niya.
"Okay ma'am. No problem."
Nakangiting sagot ko sa kanya.
"You'll be meeting her soon."
Sabi pa niya.
"And I guess that's end the deal."
