Above is how I picture Hermione in her casual summer clothing. But instead of jeans, it's shorts.
I love Emma Watson so much. Okay, now for the story...

The summer remained the same while Harry's life began to change drastically. He knew everything was going to be different their Fifth Year.
Meanwhile, Hermione had still been thinking about her- could she call it a date?- Butterbeer with Draco the other day and how he wanted to see her again soon.
Don't get her wrong, Hermione wanted to see Draco again. It's just that she wanted to make sure her friends and her family were her number one priority. She couldn't get that feeling out of her head where she wasn't there for her friends out of her head.
She got out a piece of parchment and wrote down a letter:
D-
I'm crazy busy today. I have to study and clean the house and then go over to the Burrow.
Tomorrow?
-H
She looked it over, sighed, and owled it to Draco.
Ten minutes later, an owl came back with a new piece of parchment. That was fast, Hermione thought.
Thoughtfully, she opened up the parchment and a grin came upon her face.
"H-
I thought you were going to say that. You never take a break.
Look outside your window and reconsider.
-D"
Curiously, Hermione got up and went to her only window in her room. She laughed at the sight in front of her. There, stood a Draco Malfoy with an expensive broomstick in his hands.
She opened up and her window and leaned her head out. A breeze swept her hair in front of her eyes and she pushed it behind her ears.
"What on earth do you think you're doing here?" Hermione yelled at him.
He came closer to the window and looked up. "I wanted to surprise you."
"How did you even figure out where I live?" Hermione was in shock that Draco came all this way.
He smirked, his grey eyes twinkling. "I use my resources, Granger. Now let me in."
She huffed and opened up the front door, thankful her parents weren't home to see the scene that lay in front of her. She had no idea what she would say to her parents if they were here.
"Interesting house you got here, Granger," Draco said, letting himself in before Hermione had time to react. He wandered into the living room and took a seat on her couch.
"Hope it's not too small for you," Hermione said sarcastically as Draco looked around her house, not being subtle about his nosiness at all. She huffed.
"Draco, this has really been a surprise. But what exactly did you have in mind when stopped over here?"
He adjusted himself on her couch and looked up at an exasperated Hermione looking back, expectantly.
"Is it a crime that I wanted to see you?" Draco asked lightly, finding Hermione's exhaustion quite amusing.
"No," Hermione yawned. "But I'm just so busy that it might be."
He reached into his pocket and place something on the coffee table. Hermione recognized it immediately. Her watch.
"You left this at the Three Broomsticks. I have no idea what it is," Draco shrugged.
Hermione grinned, relieved. "I was looking for that. It's my watch. My grandma gave it to me for my birthday."
Draco watched as she put it on her wrist. "What do you do with it?"
"I can tell the time on it," she explained, showing him the numbers on it.
"That's weird," Draco said, giving the watch a scrunched up face.
"Whatever, Malfoy," Hermione rolled her eyes. "So you came all the way out here to give me back my watch?"
He looked away, his eyes hard. "If you want me to leave, just say so."
"No, it's not that," Hermione sat up straighter. "I just never would've thought you would do this for me."
He looked slightly offended but shook off her comment quickly. "You are right about a lot of things, Granger, but you have been wrong a lot about me."
"Maybe so," Hermione played with the watch on her wrist. "But I need to go to the Burrow soon."
Draco groaned. "When are you not at the Burrow?"
She crossed her arms over her chest. "I need to be there for Harry."
"And you are, Hermione. But you don't need to spend every afternoon with them." Draco pointed out, earning a glare from the witch.
"Yes, I do. Especially after what happened last month." Her voice was firm and Draco knew he wasn't going to win this argument, but still tried nonetheless.
"And I suppose Zack hangs out with the three of you too?" Draco asked a little more harshly than he meant to.
"Sometimes he comes by. What does it matter to you? You could've been friends with Harry and Ron when you had the chance, but you were mean to them!" Hermione finished angrily.
"It's not fair that Zack gets to be seen with you and I don't." Draco spat furiously.
Hermione was quicker to calm down. "I know," she said quietly and smoothly.
There was a pause. Then, "Sometimes.. I wonder what it would be like to take Zack's place, you know?"
Hermione nodded. Everything would be easier. They could hang out with their friends. They would have more time. No stress of having anyone see them together.
"Actually," Hermione said, slowly, considering what Draco just said. "You could switch places with him."
His head shot up and they exchanged a look.
"Polyjuice potion," Hermione said, her eyes twinkling.
"Welcome to Slytherin," Draco joked, but looked excited.
"We need to find a piece of his hair. I can start brewing it tomorrow only if you're sure about it. We'll only do it once. Just so you and I can know what it would feel like." Hermione started to ramble while Draco thought this over.
"Let's do this," he smiled. "I will be Zack Malfoy for one day only."
