"Oh god! What if we got caught?"

"We won't"

"How can you be so sure?"

"Because i know"

"What if someone saw us?"

"They won't"

"What if-mmphmmph"

The rest of the words died in my throat when Reece clamped his hand on my mouth,shutting me up.

I tried to give him a death threat but my words sound absolutely funny.

"Reempphhkillmphh"

He sighed,"That's what i get for being the good girl's boyfriend"

How could he be so..so relaxed?

My eye wandered around in the darkness in panic.

We were inside a freaking house.

A freaking unknown house.

Unknown territory.

I was here against my will.Reece was as cunning as a fox.He distracted me by engaging me into small talk untill i lost the sense of direction and then dragged me here,saying,"I know the way"

Right.

The house was huge.I could see it's outlines in the darkness.There wasn't a single light on inisde the house which indicated there weren't anyone inside.

We were standing in the lawn with a swimming pool beside it.The dark blue water was sparking in the darkness,the stars were relfecting on its surface.

Were the residents of this house vampires?

The whole lawn was bathed in darkness.

I ripped his hand off of my mouth and whirled around.How could i have not noticed?

His whole outfit was black.

Black hoodie with blank pants.

He was almost a part of darkness,blending in perfectly.

"I'm going back!",i spat at his dark figure even though the thought was giving me tremors.

He shrugged,"Good luck with that,princess"

"I'm not kidding,Reece!",my voice was snappy.

"Neither am i",he shoved his hands in his pant's pocket.

I flicked my hair out of my face.

God! He was such a jerk.He should be the mayor of jerkville!.

I spun around ,my back to him and started to walk hurriedly with my eyes darting everywhere.The darkness was closing in on me.The crickets were causing a riot,making my ears bleed.Shadows were moving across the wall like ghosts.

All of sudden the "going back" idea didn't seem like a good idea.

I swallowed the lump in my throat.

"Watch out for the snakes"

I kept on walking.

Snakes? .I shuddered when i noticed the lawn for the first times.It wasn't a lawn.

It was jungle.

The grass was overgrown,tall and snakes could easily hide in them.

What if i stepped on one?

"I think i saw one on my way here",his voice floated to my ears.

I halted in my tracks.

"I guess i should go to" , my blood froze in my veins.

He was leaving me.

In the darkness.

With snakes.

Loads and loads of snakes.

Before i could blink,i was running at top speed in his direction.I felt like even the plants were staring at me.

It was a scary feeling.

"REECE!"

I saw his dark figure ten feet away from me with his back to me.

He turned around with a smirk.His smirk changed into a look of concern when he saw me running at him.

Reece caught me around my waist,pulling me towards his hard chest.

I could feel my heart beating ten time faster then its normal rate.

I hid my face in the crook of his neck,breathing him in.His woodsy smell invaded everything inside me,instantly calming me down.

My hands tightened around his neck.

After few seconds,i felt him kissing my hair and rubbing my back,gently.

"I'm sorry",he whispered against my hair.

I didn't say anything.

He leaned back and my eyes slid down to his chest.

"Hey...",his one arm left my waist and he cupped my face with his hand.

"Look at me",he said in a serious voice.

"Chloe..."

His voice tugged at my heart.The slight pleading in his voice forced me to look up into those mesmerising eyes.

"I'm sorry",he repeated ,his breath was fanning across my face .His eyes were so intense that i felt the need to look away.

"It's alright",i said in a low voice.

He shook his head,"No,it isn't."

Reece took hold of my hands behind his neck and unhooked them.

I was watching him intently.

His warm hand covered mine and gently pull me forward,"Come one"

"Where-"

"You'll see"

"......and a cat too"

He glanced at me in disgust.

"What? I love cats."

"I hate them."

We were sitting on the edge of the swimming pool with our legs dangling in the lukewarm water.

My hands were around his bicep,my head on his shoulder.Warmth was spreading inside my chest.The feeling was so great that i felt like i had gone to heaven.

I wriggled my feet in the water.

"We're going to buy a huge house like this after marriage",i gushed excitedly.

He nodded.

"And-and our kids're going to have your eyes"

He chuckled,"Aren't you a bit obssessed with my eyes?"

I lifted my head from his shoulder to face him.He was staring at our reflection in the pool.

"Obssess? Are you mad?.I'm crazy about your eyes",i exclaimed,nudging him a bit.

He glanced at me with a smirk,

"What can i say,babe.I'm the definition of hotness"
