He waited until Amber had left. J-Hope hadn't told her, he could tell by the way Amber spoke to them and how she spoke about J-Hope. She really did love J-Hope.
"J-Hope, go with Amber." Nari smiled at Amber politely.
"It's really okay-" J-Hope began.
"Thank you Nari. Come on Hoseok." Amber was also a no bullshit type of person. The pair left quickly and Jungkook stood.
"I'm just gonna..."
"Go." Jin waved him away.
"Can I come with you?" Jimin whined.
"No." Jungkook looked at Jimin disgusted.
"Please!" Jimin followed Jungkook out and the two left. Suga's phone rang.
"Eh? Tadashi? I can't hear you. Speak up dude. Tadashi you need to fix your connec-" Suga broke off quickly and stood.
"Got it. I know. Alright. Bye Tadashi." Suga hung up quickly.
"What's up?" Jin asked, standing.
"Stay here. Give me the gun I gave you." Suga ordered, in a tone that left no room for argument. He went into his room and gave it to Suga. Suga checked the magazine and put the gun in his back pocket. Nari stood and hung back sadly, and awkwardly. Suga gave her a quick hug and kissed her forehead.
"I'll be back tonight." He promised.
"I love you." She murmured.
"I love you too." He whispered so softly, Jin could barely hear.
"Bye." She waved. He waved to both of them.
"Later."
When the door closed, he turned to Nari and asked the question he had been burning to ask.
"Why didn't you just stay with Rapmon?" He asked.
"What?" She turned to him, puzzled.
"I mean, wouldn't have been much easier to let Suga go, and stay with Rapmon? Why'd you choose Suga, I mean you cheated on him." He didn't mean to be so harsh, he just wanted to know why. She flinched slightly, but she answered him immediately.
"No. It would have been much harder to let Suga go. Remember how it felt to leave Misook? How, no matter what the situation was, you knew that you would go back? That feeling where you knew, it was impossible for you to stay away for long?" She asked. He nodded, quietly. He had always known, there was no way he could leave Misook. He had been foolish to even try.
"That's how I had always felt, I knew I couldn't really be without him for long. But it was so much worse because, I didn't have control over whether he came back to me or not. He left me. So there was no telling if I would ever see him again, or get him back. So it hurt a whole lot more. Sure I could've just gotten over it and stayed with Rapmon, but...I don't think I could've gotten over it. No matter what it would've still hurt, and every time Rapmon hugged me, or touched me, or kissed me...I couldn't help but compare him to Suga. It just didn't feel right, I couldn't do it, but if I could I would take it all back you know that. I never wanted to hurt either of them. But I had a choice. And I chose to hurt Suga less, because I...just..." She trailed off searching for a word.
"I get it." He murmured. He did. He really, really did.
"Why did Suga take you back?" He asked softly.
"I guess because he felt the same way, which makes me the luckiest girl in the world." She shrugged, "Honestly, I don't care why he stayed. I'm just glad he did." He nodded.
"Me too."
"Do you forgive me?" She asked suddenly.
"Yeah. I think so." He chuckled and gave her a quick hug.
"Get some sleep. You have dark circles." She ordered.
"Misook scolds me enough!" He whined.
"You're not going anywhere anyways. Go to bed." She commanded. He mocked her under his breath and she shoved him lightly. It was nice to have him back. It was nice to have them both back. Now, they were only missing one.
She waited for him patiently, but is was kind of boring too. She had nearly fallen asleep by the time he walked in. He was panting, sweaty, and dirty. She jumped up.
"What happened?" She rushed over to him.
"Nothing I'm not used to. I'm really sweaty though, I need a shower." He yawned. She wouldn't let him past her until she had inspected his face. He grabbed her hands and put them back at her sides,
"I'm fine. The worst that happened is my ankle hurts a little. Promise." He kissed her forehead and went to take a shower. She waited for him to come out. He had the towel wrapped around his waist loosely, exposing his v-line. She blushed deeply and put her face in her knees. She didn't look up until he sat down beside her in the bed. She leaned against him and sighed contentedly. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and pulled her closer. They sat like that for a while, before she slid onto his lap and turned to face him. His hair was still damp and it hung around his head in clumped. She brushed his hair with her fingers gently and smoothed it out. He watched her quietly and kept his hands on her waist. His fingers slipped under her shirt and drew patterns on her skin.
"I like your skin. It's soft." He murmured finally. She kissed his neck and nodded. She was tense. She was so scared for him. She couldn't help it. He stopped her suddenly, putting his fingers under her chin.
"What?" She asked.
"Relax." He soothed her, massaging her back gently.
"You too." She whispered, pushing him down and kissed his lips. He smirked and sighed softly,
"I love you beautiful."
"I love you too sugar." She giggled.
"You're so funny." He remarked sarcastically, pushed her off him. She fell to his side and immediately curled up into him. He held her in his arms and quickly fell asleep. She looked at his face. He still looked perfect, even in sleep. She kissed his collarbone and fell asleep beside him. It was so peaceful.
But it was peace, that would be broken.
