Roman was excited to see Zayra. He had heard from his mother that she was doing fabulous. He was also nervous. Today was Zayra's first day with her new Psychiatrist. He wondered how it went.

Between her new Psychiatrist Oliveros and Dr. Rose, they worked on a plan that would hopefully help get Zayra better. He wondered how she was. He was supposed to have been there on Wednesday but couldn't leave until the following day.

He quickly stopped at his house to drop of his luggage and took his Motorcycle, it was evening, soon dinner would be served at his Godfather's house. He parked his bike in his usual spot and smiled at the staff that worked around the place.

He saw Mimi dusting.

"Hola Mimi." She turned surprised to see him. She had headphones on. She smiled shyly.

"Hola Roman." he saw her blush slightly and continue with her cleaning. He went directly to Zayra's room and found she wasn't there. He went downstairs to the music room, she wasn't there either.

He saw his godmother sitting in the kitchen giving instructions to the kitchen staff.

"Hola Nina." he gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Where's Zayra?"

She smiled at him. "Roman you're here, she was with Rudy earlier. I don't know where they ran off to." she watched him nod and leave.

He looked out back and couldn't find her, Rudy's car was parked in the front so he knew he was still here. He went to his Godfather's study, he heard voices and knocked. He entered as soon as permission was granted. His father and brother were inside with Don Xavier, he anxiously scanned the room for Zayra. Nerves starting to show.

"Roman, you made it." His father said to him.

"Yes, where's Zayra?" he looked at Rudy after he said hello.

"She was by the stream." he gave his brother a side smile. He noticed his slight agitation.

"Roman, how long are you here for?"

"A week."

"Good, I need you to go with me tomorrow to town."

"Okay. What time?"

"Early."

"I'll be ready."

"Okay, go, find her." he smiled at his godson.

He gave him a grateful smile and walked out. He headed toward the stream it was about 15 minutes walking distance. He couldn't see her but saw her horse close by. He moved his eyes around the field trying to see if he caught her somewhere.

He felt his heart start elevating, he was nervous. He hadn't seen her since her birthday in August. It was already November. He stopped, he thought he saw something. He moved his head and continued to walk closer.

That's when he saw her.

She was kneeling, grabbing flowers and putting them in a basket. Her head snapped up as she heard the snapping of twigs and leaves. She shielded her eyes from the setting sun and saw a silhouette of someone approaching. Zayra thought it was Rudy coming to tell her that Dinner was almost ready.

Her heart stopped and her butterflies took flight.

She saw Roman approach her, his eyes intensely staring at her. She bit her lip and looked down, nervous suddenly. She hadn't expected him here today. She stood up, dusted herself and saw him sauntering toward her, closer and closer he walked, she couldn't speak.
