****NOT EDITED****

Zayra had been missing for weeks now and still no one knew where she was.

They did know she was alive because of social media and sightings.

She was very rarely seen out.

The media found out about her near death experience so thought she was recovering from her accident and working on her album.

But her close friends, the one's who knew the truth, they were freaking out. Zayra had never been missing this long. When she had sudden moods to disappear, she would take of for days never weeks.

This wasn't good.

Zayra's only form of communication was through Emily as her lawyer and Jeremy for the music. Zayra knew about The attorney-client privilege that bound Emily to preserve the confidentiality of communications between the two. Emily couldn't say anything to anyone even when Roman or someone else begged her.

"Zayra has made it very clear not to give anyone any information about her whereabouts. Especially you and your family." She saw their face and knew they were upset.

Truth was Emily didn't know where Zayra was. Zayra refused to let her know anything. Zayra always changed locations if she felt they were getting too close. Which made them start their search for her all over.

They had only spoken four times in the past 7 weeks. She was worried, every one was.

She felt so bad for her.

She wanted to talk to her, let her know she didn't have to deal with this alone. She wanted to help her but she was hard headed and felt wounded and alone. Emily knew she was on drugs, sometimes she'd get random emails from her.

"Emily please tell her to call us it's important that she speaks with one of us." Enrique got up to leave.

"I do tell her and I'll continue to tell her. I know how important she is to your family. I'll try to see if I can change her mind."

"Good. Thank you Emily for taking time from your schedule to see us."

They left her house on their way to catch a flight back to Peru. It was Roman's idea to pay Emily a visit. He had asked his father to stop at her house hoping if Emily saw how worried they all were she'd help.

But she didn't know anything. He knew she wasn't lying.

He couldn't believe it, she was gone. No one knew where she was staying. He was happy to know that Zayra was still making music because she had sent Jeremy a few songs.

He thought about her mental state.

Damn.

********

Zayra looked out of her balcony watching the city move. She heard the faint laughter and heard the bustling noises.

She felt numb.

She looked out wondering what their lives were like.

Oh how she longed to have a normal life.
