****NOT EDITED*****

Roman woke up with a smile on his face, he stretched his hand looking for Zayra. His bed was cold and empty. He sat up quick, thinking he dreamt it all. He shook his head, it was real. He quickly got up and found the condoms and her wet clothes in his hamper. He figured she left early so as to not alarm everyone of what happened between them.

He smiled sheepishly, his body feeling the sensation of her as he remembered their night. He looked at the time. It was past 10 a.m., he had overslept. He had to get up and leave soon. He would call her later before he left and see how she was doing. Damn, he already missed her.

He finished getting ready and headed downstairs to eat. He saw his brother's face and paused. He looked dejected. He heard his mother's voice.

"He's going to find out, might as well wake him up and tell him." she walked out and saw him standing. "Oh, Roman" she smiled small. "You're up. Hungry?"

"Starving." it was the truth he was in need of sustenance.

Quickly she ordered them to bring him food. Something in his mother's eyes made him pause. He looked at his brother again. He didn't bother to look up, he just pushed his food to the side. His father walked into the kitchen table. His eyes showing concern.

"Are you ready Son?" he asked.

"Yeah. I just need to grab my bag."

He nodded.

Roman felt the hair on the back of his head begin to rise. There was something off with everyone. Just when he began to feel elated about his relationship with Zayra, this began to dampen his mood.

"What's going on." he asked brusquely.

This time Rudy looked up, he saw that he had been crying. He looked at his parents face. His food was placed in front of him. He couldn't stand smelling the delicious food. He began to eat heartily.

"I think it's best to tell you after." his mother said softly.

"Why? What's going on, seriously." he shoved spoonfuls of his breakfast in his mouth.

"Roman..." his father began.

"Zayra's gone! Maite's gone! They're all fucking gone!" Rudy stormed out of his chair. Marina tried to reach him only to have him shrug her off.

Roman felt as if they had punched him in the gut. He stopped eating, his throat tight.

"What!" he paused, his anger beginning to radiate from his body.

"Roman, Lucia took the kids back to L.A this morning."

"WHAT!" he roared.

His face red with anger, his breathing labored. It couldn't be true, he had just spent an amazing night with Zayra. He stood up, pounding the table with his fists.

"They're gone son." his father cried out, watching him leave through the front door.

Roman grabbed his motorcycle and went straight to his Nino's house.

It wasn't true, it couldn't be true. His fear becoming real as he looked in his godfather's eyes.

"Roma..."

He stood there, unsure. "When?"

"This morning"

"Did the kids know they were leaving?"

"Yes but they weren't happy about her decision."
