Double Journey Chapter 5

Rustboro City was huge. Buildings and houses were everywhere, and Amethyst could see wild Pokémon running about. It looked as though the rest of the group was tired, but Amethyst and Magma were bursting with energy, so they headed to the Pokémart. Amethyst bought some ultra and great balls, and some full restores, and they headed to the pokemon center to check in for some rooms. "I'm sorry, we only have one 4-bedder room. I'm afraid you'll all have to cram in.," Nurse Joy said with a sad smile. "Okay," Said Green.

It looked like Amethyst was gonna share a bed with Diamond.

Since it was still mid-afternoon, The group just sat on the bed and watched TV. Amethyst was laying down on the floor with Magma. She suddenly was feeling sleepy, and she closed her eyes. Magma curled around her to keep her warm.

Amethyst woke up in bed. Everyone was gone, it looked like. She walked into the kitchen. It was empty except for Silver and Lyra...kissing?!

"Have fun, you two," Amethyst sneered, grabbing her coat and throwing it on over her clothes.

Magma let out a snarl before following her.

"Wait Amethyst-" Silver called, but Amethyst had already slammed the door behind her and Magma.

Amethyst entered the lobby to see everyone there. She walked over to Red and Green and sat between them. They both shot her a glance, but she gave them a 'you'll see in a moment' glance.

Almost on cue, Silver walked in holding Lyra's hand. Lyra looked to be pulling him.

"Are you two dating?" Amethyst asked. "Oh, of course you are. I saw you two making out in the kitchen."

Red gasped. Silver had said he didn't like Lyra...what was going on?

Green served pancakes after that. Amethyst's was huge! She looked over and saw that green had made Lyra and Silver a huge heart shaped one. Silver just sulkily cut it in half.

Red put his arm around Amethyst, smiling. "Are you ready for your gym battle?" He asked. She nodded. "I can't wait."
