Double Journey Chapter 27

When Amethyst and Red entered again, holding hands and looking windswept, Silver opened the door to greet them. His eyes hardened when he saw the blush on both of their faces. "Where've you been?! We've all been worried sick!" He snarled.

"No, we haven't." Diamond giggled. "You have."

Harper rolled her eyes, and Lynn unnecessarily rolled on the floor laughing. Empty fun dip packages lay all over the floor. "Um, Lynn, I think you've had to many Fun Dips." Amethyst snorted.

Diamond got up and pushed Silver out of the doorway so that the couple could come in. Then Diamond went back and sat next to Ruby, subduedly glancing at Gold.

Green pulled Amethyst onto the bed. "OMA did you guys kiss?" He mocked Lyra.

"Yes. It was amazing." Amethyst smiled.

Amethyst, Diamond, and the rest of the crew were hiking back down a mountain. Diamond had just traded her Suicune for a Riolu. Unreasonable, Amethyst thought. In the middle of the mountain, there was a split path. "Errr....which way?" Amethyst asked.

Gold grabbed her arm. "Amethyst! Can we go right? Pleasepleasepleaseplease?" He breathed.

Why was Gold acting this way? Amethyst didn't know, but she was willing to let it fly. "Fine." They trekked down the path, and quickly saw three trainers. Two, a brother and sister that were both as good looking as supermodels, yet Amethyst wasn't feeling the love. The other...

"K-Krys?!" Amethyst asked. The girl with bright blue pigtails glanced up.

"A.A?! Is that really you?! And Goldeen!!!" The normally serious trainer raced to them and pulled them into a huge hug. When they pulled away, Gold and Krys were looking at eachother with starstruck eyes.

"Uhh. Can we break it up?!" Diamond hissed. "Anyway, you're Krys," she spat the name. "So who are they."

"COPPER!" The blonde girl launched into the fray, glaring at Amethyst as though they were sworn enemies.

"Bronze..." Said the shy boy.

The group introduced themselves, and Amethyst latched onto Red's arm. Copper made her feel a little uneasy. Amethyst looked up. Ruby, Sapphire, and Wally glanced uneasily at the group. Ruby walked up to Diamond and kissed her deeply, and Diamond kissed back. "Diamond, I'm sorry but...we just have to go. We all feel a little left out of this group now, so... Goodbye." And with that, they began down the path.

In Verdanturf Town, they all stopped at the Pokemon Center and checked in. Copper was talking to Red animatedly, and Amethyst caught the words "huge fan" and "can't believe its you." She walked over, glaring daggers at cCopper. She took Red's arm. "ooh, somebody's getting a little bit frisky." Red laughed. "C'mon, I got a room with a balcony for just you and me." With Silver and Copper glaring, they both headed upstairs, grabbed some blankets and pillows, and walked out to the balcony and snuggled up.

"Copper's after you," Amethyst said quickly. At the same exact time, Red said, "Silver's after you."

They both blushed and hugged quickly, but Amethyst didn't let go, and fell asleep.
