Double Journey Chapter 10

"Nice win." Brawly told her as he handed her the knuckle badge. "You and Typhlosion are pretty hot."

Amethyst turned a shade redder than usual. "Thanks." She smiled.

"Oh, and can I have your number? We could go surfing sometime." Brawly said to her, causing her to blush even more. "Y-yeah, of course. I always wanted to learn how to surf!" She put her number in his PokéNav and smiled, handing it to him and running back to her friends with Magma behind her.

"Why'd Brawly keep you? He let us leave right after we got the badge." Red asked.

"Um, no reason." Amethyst stuttered.

"Did he give you his number or something?" Diamond giggled.

"Actually yes. And he wants me to come surfing with him." Amethyst said, showing them her Pokégear, with Brawly's contact. They all started laughing, except Silver and Red. Amethyst turned the Pokégear around. Brawly had put in his contact "Brawly-<3"

"Oh my Arceus." Amethyst said.

Amethyst and Diamond raced into the store. They were going swimsuit shopping! Magma and Blaziken reluctantly followed. On the first floor, there was stuff like snacks and potions and all that. But on the next floor, they had some cute clothes. Amethyst grabbed a white ruffled tank top and some golden bangle bracelets.

She tried them on. They looked good. Diamond got some cute clothes as well. And then they went up another floor to the swimsuits. Amethyst looked at a white bikini with black spots and neon paint splatters. She bought it along with some of those mirrored sunglasses in bright purple. "Whadya think, Magma?" She asked the Typhlosion. He rolled his eyes and nodded. They were ready for the beach!

Amethyst and Silver were sitting on a bench swinging their legs. Diamond was playing with Blaziken in front of them when Brawly came up. "We still on for that surf date?" He asked her.

Silver glared at him, about to open his mouth.

"Yeah!" Amethyst replied. "And Silver, Red and Diamond can come to right?"

"I'll pass," said Silver.

"Silver." Amethyst said to him dangerously. "You're coming with me."

"Yesma'am" Silver said quickly.

Brawly glared at him. "Yeah they can come. Meet you in half an hour." He winked at her and walked away. Amethyst let out a sigh. "Silver, I have to buy you and Red swimsuits don't I."
