Light's POV

No... This can't be! Yuki just...quit the academy?

"You're kidding. Tell me you're just kidding, Saphire. Yuki just can't quit the academy." I said with trembling voice.

Hindi sumgot si Saphire. Yumuko siya hanggang sa may lumabas na luha sa mga mata niya. "It's true, twin."

I bit my lower lip. Hard that it makes my lips bleed. Naiyukom ko ang mga kamao ko.

"Light, calm down..." Hinawakan ni Mom ang kamay ko nang maramdaman niyang nag-aapoy na ito.

"Calm down? I just can't calm down, Mom! Yuki just quit! She quit without saying a word to me! She quit without telling me her reasons! Fuck it!" I shout in anger.

Why? Why did she quit? I love her... And I don't want to lose her! I'll die if that happens!

"It's her decision to leave. We can't do anything about it but to respect her decision." Sabi ni Mom.

"No! I won't accept it! I won't accept the fact that she quit the academy unless she'll gave me a reason why she quit!" Umalis ako sa kama at naglakad palabas ng kwarto. Hindi ako mag-aaksaya ng panahon. Kailangan kong hanapin si Yuki at ibalik siya dito sa academy.

"Light! Where are you going? Bago pa lang gumaling ang mga sugat mo!" Narinig kong sigaw ni Saphire.

"I'm going to find her."

Nagmadali akong bumaba ng hagdan. Lumabas ako ng palasyo pero mabilis akong umatras nang may malakas na hangin ang humarang sa'kin. Tumingala ako at nakita ko si Dad na nakalutang sa ere.

"If you're here to stop me that then--"

"Who said that I'm going to stop you?" Dad cut me off. I was dumbfounded.

"What?"

Bumaba si Dad at hinarap ako. "I knew this would happen." Tinapik ni Dad ang balikat ko. He gave me a smile. "Bring her back, son."

"Dad..." Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala sa sinabi ni Dad pero masaya ako dahil hahayaan niya akong hanapin si Yuki. "Yes."
