ROMEO'S POV
Maaga akong pumasok ngayon.. Pati si Bubwit. Tumawag kasi sa amin si Vice Principal Laurie Ang. She did not tell us the reason why we are being called to the Principal's office ng ganito kaaga. Naku, kinakabahan nga ako deep inside, eh, pero, on the outside, wala. Chill.
Si Bubwit ang halatang kinakabahan.
Bakit kaya kami pinapatawag? Wala naman kaming ginawa na against school rules. Wala kaming binubully.. Wala naman kaming binagsak na subject.. Wala kaming vinavandalize.. We did not hack the school's grading system.. So, why?
Bago kami pumasok ni Bubwit sa loob, she held my hand. "Papasok tayong tao, lalabas tayong tao, okay?"
HUH? Anong sinasabi nito??
Pagpasok namin.. May dalawang nakaupo sa harap ng table ni Principal Glory Lee. Boy, and girl. Mukhang kilala ko na.
"Mr. O'Hara, and Ms. Anggara." formal na bati sa amin ng Principal.
"Good morning, madam Principal." sabay naming sinabi. Tumayo na rin sa wakas ang dalawang ungas; Pablo, at Yukiko.
"The reason why I called for the two of you is because of these two people here whom I am very sure that you both are acquainted with." tumango ako no'n, walang reaksyon naman ang mukha ni Bubwit, at nakatingin sa kawalan. Hindi kaya niya naintindinhan 'yong sinabi? HEHE. Joke.
"You both know that these two people here; namely Mr. Soledad, and Ms. Nakahara, are going to receive the punishment of expulsion for what they did." tumango ako ulit. Tumango na rin si Bubwit.
"Before they receive their punishment, I called their parents to bring them here so that they can apologize to the two of you in person." again, tumango ako.
"Now, I'll get straight to the point.. I called for the two of you to ask you if you want Mr. Soledad, and Ms. Nakahara to make a public apology as well."
HA! DAPAT LANG! Aba.. 'Yong ginawa nila, ah.
"I'm up for that, madam Principal." said I, sneering at those two na mukhang mga guilty talaga. Paiyak iyak pa si Yukiko diyan.
"Ms. Anggara?"napatingin rin ako kay Bubwit no'n. Syempre naman oo na 'yan.
"I don't fancy that idea, madam Principal." woahhhh... Bakit naman ayaw niya?
"Why, Ms. Anggara?"
Beauty blinked. "I think expulsion is punishment enough for them, and they are being talked about a lot anyway for all the wrong reasons. I just.. I don't think they can deal with anymore humiliation."
Ang bait naman masyado nitong Bubwit ko. Ah, how I love her. Umakbay ako sa kanya, and nagsmile kay Madam Principal. "I agree with her."
"Okay." ang brief na sagot ni Principal Glory. "The two of you," bumaling siya kay Pablo, at Yukiko, "I think you have some apologizing to do."
Lumapit sa akin si Yukiko, and bowed before me. "I am so sorry, Romeo. Sorry kasi I took advantage of you.. Of our friendship.. I guess I just did that because you drive me crazy. I like you a lot." I didn't say a word. She stepped back, and Pablo came before me. "Sorry." that's it? Kung upakan ko kaya siya diyan ulit, ha!?
BEAUTY'S POV
Lumapit sa akin si Yukiko..
"Sorry, Beauty. You don't know how I envy you.. Ginawa ko lang kasi 'yon kasi nagmahal ako."
Lumapit sa akin si Pablo...
