Something Suspicious [FUNNY AND SCARY]

Shawn Mendes recently dumped you just days before your favourite holiday. The reason? Camila is a much better kisser than you are. You saw him already with her the following week after he broke up with you. 

You were getting your haunted house ready for people to pass through, but you decided to let very young children and the soft-hearted people excuse themselves from entering as some things may be a little too scary for them. 

You saw people exiting the haunted house with tears in their eyes, as well as shaking quite violently. You smiled to yourself that your haunted house was a success this year, the people at the door do not know what's coming at them when they enter.

You saw Shawn and Camila at the front of the door, they are the next lot to go inside the house. You pressed talk on the intercom and spoke into the microphone, imitating your best ghost voice.

"Welcome to the house of terror, where your screams will make you have nightmares...and your cries that will make you scared..." You said and it came out of the loudspeaker at the front door. Shawn and Camila heard it, and you saw Camila step back. You laughed at how scared she was, but Shawn wrapped an arm around her and they went inside.

Shawn's POV
Camila and I decided to visit a haunted house this weekend, but this one seemed to be a little different than last year. I saw people coming out of the exit with tears in their eyes. I gulped as a scary voice blared through the speaker.

"Welcome to the house of terror, where your screams will make you have nightmares...and your cries that will make you scared..."

Camila took a step back, but I wrapped an arm around her.

"Shh, it's okay darling. I'll be right here." I whispered and she smiled back. We went inside a really dark hallway. I held Camila's hand tightly as we both walked a narrow pathway. 

A bright light suddenly appeared and we both saw a body hanging on chains, blood spurted out of its cuts and a knife stabbed to the chest. I tried to hold back my vomit as Camila began to cry. I shut her eyes with one of my hands and we continued walking.

Your POV 
You were watching Shawn and Camila walk along the hallway from a hidden camera installed. Shawn almost vomited once the light turned on and saw the real dead body you hung up. You laughed hard at their reaction, this was priceless payback for what Shawn did to you. You watched them go into the next room.

Shawn's POV
I wiped away Camila's tears and kissed her forehead. This was just a haunted house, nothing to be too scared about.

"Baby, no. It's okay, I won't let anything harm you." I whispered and kissed her cheek. I was almost tripped over by something on the floor. I looked down to see a dead corpse laying on the floor. I screamed like a little girl and ran to the next room.

"Baby! Wait for me!" I hear Camila shout and she followed up to me. 

There was only one more room left before the exit. We entered it to find the walls on the sides to be very sharp, the tips pointing towards the middle of the room.

"Goodbye, Shawn!" I hear that familiar voice. It was Y/N, my ex-girlfriend. 

What could she possibly be doing!?

"Y/N! Are you trying to kill me because I broke up with you!?" I shouted but there was no response. The sharp walls began to move closer together, I was doomed. 

"Y/N you don't have to do this! Please, it's not worth it for you to kill me with this method!" I begged, but still no reply. Camila was now bawling as we both ran to the door. I tried to open it but the knob was impossible to turn. The walls were now 3 metres away from slicing us dead. 

"Come on, Y/N! Let us out!!" I shouted off the top of my lungs and kicked the door. Eventually, it crushed to the ground and I was able to escape. Camila, however, was nowhere to be seen.

"Camila! Honey? A-Are you there..." My voice began to crack and tears fell out of my face. I looked behind to see blood stains in between the crushed walls. I cried my eyes out as I knew what happened to her. 

I shouldn't have broken up with Y/N. Her revenge was so unbelievable, she really did love me so much and I just dumped her cause Camila is a better kisser.
