Beach Days

(A/N: When you're about to get on plane going to Canada and you're thinking "Maybe Shawn's on the same flight as me.")

*This is a repost as I've changed a few things

You and Shawn were spending a really hot day at the beach in Sydney, Australia. You were in the middle of getting ice-cream for you two while Shawn was busy doing whatever. 

"Thank you." You say as you grab the two ice creams. You quickly ran back over to the sand as it's a blazing 33°C (91.4°F) and it's gonna melt in just a few minutes. Your phone suddenly buzzed.

"Sorry, can you please hold this for a bit while I check my phone?" You asked a young girl who happily agreed.

Baby, come back here I'm almost about to die of sweat! xx

You smiled at the text and decided to make a deal.

Sure love, but first send me a selfie just cause I want you to <3

You pressed send and had a small conversation with the young girl. Less than a minute later, your phone buzzed again. It was a Snapchat from Shawn. He sent you a selfie of him:

You smiled and took a screenshot as you bid goodbye to the young girl who gave you back the ice creams. You speed-walked back to Shawn who saw you and a huge sigh of relief quickly lit up his face.

"Oh thank God, there you are! Thanks, babe." He takes one ice creams and quickly licks it to cool himself down. You also ate yours and less than five minutes, it was all gone.

"So, hunny. We've got another hour till we head home. What do you wanna do?" He asks, but you were too distracted by his abs.

"Hello? Sweetheart?" He waves his hand in front of you and you snapped back into reality.

"I'm gonna go sunbathing. Why don't you join those guys with their soccer game?" You told him and kissed his cheek. He nods and goes over to the guys.

After about half an hour, you wanted to have a swim to cool off. You went over to the little soccer game Shawn was playing with a few guys and admired his skills:

After the game was over, he goes over to you with a smile. He pulls you into a hug, not caring that his sweat lands all over your face and body. 

"You did well, babe." You praised him and he kissed your cheek. 

"So, what next darling?" He asks and winks.

You pointed to the Tasman Sea not far away and he nods.

"Race you there!" He replies and starts running. 

"Hey! That's not fair!" You whined but chased after him. You two were then in the water and Shawn was splashed hard by a wave. You laughed as he gets soaked in water. He makes an annoyed face and splashed you with saltwater.

"Oh, you're on!" You reply and splashed him back. 

The rest of the afternoon was spent at the sea just having fun. You definitely wanted to come back to Australia whenever Shawn was gonna perform there again.
