Ok, the truth is... only the first 2 weeks were super bad, with painful tests, and now that is over the tests are for stuff like improving my immune system and finding better antidotes to illnesses. Also they started studding me for how I adjust to the new 'living space' and lifestyle. Cadmus let me go outside for 1 hour per week, to see how I would use it. (and to keep me from going insane). I liked to save up my time over the week and use it all at sunset once a week. I know it was something that I did when I was younger. 'That sunset was beautiful.' I thought to myself. 'I....' I was cut off by hushed voices saying:
"Project R is no longer safe to operate, they are getting too suspicious." The voice was partly familiar...Dan?... No, Dean!
"But we can't just relocate her, the Owls will take her, Alex is too precious for the Court to have control of her." One of the men who looked after me... Josh?
"We must prepare her, for if she becomes a Talon, we shall all perish." It was Dean again.
"I will tell her." Josh walked out the door and ran into me.
"Alex, listen, some people are going to take you, we cannot stop them, nor control them. I am sorry Renegade." All of the lights start to flicker and go out. Josh told me in a sad voice.
"Give us the girl and no blood will be shed, resist, and we will use force." Ok. I'm positive that I've never heard that voice befor.
"Alex, be brave, stay strong and cooperate with them, good luck Renegade." Josh said to me when, suddenly I could feel a strong grip on my arm pulling me away, I'm going to do what I was told and cooperate, so I walked away with the Talon. 3rd biggest mistake of my life. (nope haven't learnt).
