"Don't cry, (Y/N)."
You turned around, not seeing anyone behind you, yet you were sure you just heard an overly familiar voice to speak to you.
"Stop feeling guilty already."
Then guilt invaded your mind.
"Don't blame yourself."
Regret followed close behind.
"Stop hurting yourself because of it."
Next came pain and self-hate.
"It wasn't your fault."
Fault. A thing you greatly believed you held in this case. Because the fault was indeed yours.
"It was all unevetable."
The small walk through a field of corpses or?
"You couldn't have done anything about it."
Oh, no you could. You probably could. Only if you tried harder, if you were slightly faster, if you thought of what was going to happen a few milliseconds earlier. It wouldn've happened like that.
Ghosts. Ghosts were all you could hear from the last few days and despite you trying to see them, to actually talk back to them, you were strapped in place and your voice was always gone, gone back in the depths of your lungs not being able to set itself free. But despite not having the ability to talk, see or move, you could clearly hear all those words spoken in attempt of calming your self-consciousness down, trying to bring you back to your sane state, to assure you somehow in at least something. But they couldn't. Never would. It didn't matter who spoke them, why he spoke them or if they were truth or not - you wouldn't believe them. Ever.
Because in your own personal opinion it all happened because of you. It was all because of you. You were the reason it happened like that. Only if you weren't such an egoist, such a selfish person, just for that small amount of time you could've done something, you chose to whine about not having enough.
Just if it wasn't for you, it would all be okay. Your broken pride wasn't letting you go, you needed to feel pain for what you did. It was the only way to pay off for your sin. That mistake you did. But aside from the long agonyzing pain and regret, emotions sweeping your body left and right all day long, throughout the night you had your safe heaven in your own head, where you could be calm, you could be fine, nothing bad had happened there, never would.
Today was different.
You opened your eyes to a white field of flowers, baby blue sky, cotton white and puffy clouds, shining dim sun, green grass across the field and tickling your feet, nice breeze waving your hair and making you breathe in deeply, then inhale in content as you looked ahead.
A figure stood there.
Walking towards it out of pure curiousity, you knew as you neared you were about to have a dreadful nightmare instead of a nice dream tonight.
He was standing there, in all his short bored glory and his nicely ironed shirt, the cravat being clutched by his left hand as his raven bangs were thrown around just as yours were.
Your ran bare feeted across the field, trying desperately to get to him, but something was as if pulling you back. Pulling you back from him. From the nice dream you wanted. The nice dream you deserved.
You ran faster, your feet digging holes in the ground, making dirt cover slightly the white flowers you left behind with great speed as your right hand clutched a sort of envelope, you didn't even knew you had it in your possession once you were into the dream.

FanfictionI'll try to make the scenarios original but clichés are cute so there will be some. I'm going to be updating as much as I can, will surely update so long as I have an idea. Requests are greatly appreciated, though I'm not good at lots of genres lol...
