You walked towards the reception desk at the hospital, wishing to know why you were called all of a sudden.

You got a phone call barely thirty minutes ago, stating that a man named ever so similarly to an anime character you knew pretty well had woken up from a coma and said that he needed to see you immediately.

The woman behind the clean white surface seemed tired, but she still smiled at you and greeted you warmly. When you told her why you were there and named the person that had required your presence by his side, she smiled nervously and gave you directions to the wanted room.

You got on the fifth floor, walked down the hall to the very end and knocked on the door with the number '125' on top hesitantly.

"Come in."

Was heard from the inside and judging by the monotonous voice it was a man who spoke, maybe middle-aged, but definitely not sounding like somebody confused enough to have woken up from a coma thirty minutes prior.

You opened the door only to be greeted by a raven haired man in white clothes on a hospital bed with terrible bed hair, glistening grey eyes with small but visible creases underneath and a stone expression.

"Is your name (Y/N) (L/N)?"

The question stunned you almost as much as his looks did. He looked exactly like the Levi Ackerman from Attack on Titan. More disheveled than supposed to and in surroundings that seemed unsuit for him in your opinion, but still the exact same.

"Yes... ?"

"My name's Levi and as strange and shitty as this sounds, I was sent here from a crazy woman to survey the place her new invention sends me to. You see this shit around my neck?" He pulled the silver string around his neck, baring a strange hourglass shaped container that clinked against another oval one. "The hourglass one is going to count my days spent here. It's going to be filled alongside the oval one. The oval is filled with feelings. When it reaches the top, the hourglass will have also reached the top and I'll be able to go back to where I came from. But the only thing I was told is that I can only use the feelings of somebody named (Y/N) (L/N)."

You stared at the man strangely. This was crazy, it couldn't be true. It wasn't rational. And so as the perfectly sane and normal person you were, you panicked hard.

Your eyes strayed from the man, that called himself Levi and told you that he was something like a dimension-traveller with an emotion-filling thing around his neck that could only be filled with your emotions, and you headed for the door.

"Nurse! This man has mental issues, I think he's blabbering gibberish and you need to send him to an asyl---"

Your mouth was shut before you even had the chance to finish your sentence. You bared your teeth and bit the man's hand, making him jump back and hiss in pain as a slight wave of blood started dripping from his palm.

"Look, I don't know how messed up your mentality is to consider yourself an anime character and actually hit the Jackpot with an actual name when you wake up from a two-year coma, but I assure you I won't do anything as long as you don't go near me or talk of this feelings container and dimension-travelling again, okay?"

"You don't get this, do you? I'm just as fucked up, woman. I don't have a choice here." He snorted with a dangerous frown. Just like the one drawn on every page of the manga he supposedly carved his character from.

"Well, make yourself one, because I'm not playing along to all that bullshit you're spilling." You spun around in an attempt to leave the room again, but the person spoke once again.
