Stuck At The Bottom [Pirate! Levi | Reader]

"And you're saying that this is the answer to my question?"

"I'm pretty sure it can be."

Eren shivered under the gaze of his superior. 

The mermaid he had brought on board may not have been the best idea ever, but it was a wonder how he even got her there. The brunette took a whole week to capture her and a whole other one to find "Infinity" and get back on board. It wasn't exactly a task that was given to him but he couldn't just stay and look as the whole crew was being glared upon by their captain.

Said captain only growled under his nose as his icy glare tore into the deck.

He was aware he couldn't kill his right hand and currently the youngest of his crew members, but he sure as hell could glare him down until the boy became uncomfortable. Bringing a mermaid on board - one of the stupidest things he had ever heard of. 

And yet--- 

"Arlert, help Jaeger take her to my personal quarters. Put her in the bathtub and may I remind you to fill it beforehand. She may be useful." 

With that order at hand, the brunette smiled nervously at his blond best friend who arrived at his side to help him pick up the raven haired mermaid and bring her inside of the captain's office.

"Where in the damn hell is the last prisoner at?" The captain asked loudly and some men fiddled amongst themselves. Levi growled under his nose again and stormed towards the forecastle, knowing well enough his glare could reach more people if he was standing above them. 

"Where is she?! Someone bring her to me now!" He barked in a deep tone and the men bellow started nervously walking left and right with no particular direction set in their heads. 

Levi watched upon the slight chaos his words had created but he didn't mind it that much since he was sure at least one of all of the idiots would actually obey his order properly. 

Less than a minute later he heard the deaf sounds of kicking and the heavy steps of a man dragging somebody after himself. The curses of a feminine voice started reaching all parts of the ship, from the stern to the very bow. 

People cleared out the way for Jean and the woman in his arms as she kicked and tried to free herself from his nasty hold. She was thrown onto the ground and right in Levi's feet as his eyes went over her attire and dirty face quickly.

He huffed as she got up, but Jean pressed her head down in a silent order that she wasn't allowed to look Levi in the eyes. To the gesture the raven's eyes rolled back in their sockets a little and his hand rested on the handle of his blade on the side of his waist. 

"Unhand her, Kirstein. No need for familiarities." 

Levi's cold tone made the boy let go of the prisoner, her head immediately shot up with a dirty glare to face the raven and his own emotionless eyes. 

"If you'll do me the honour of introducing yourself at last, princess?" He questioned with a raised eyebrow, making the woman's whole face scrunch up in disgust.

"Only if you introduce yourself first, captain. And don't call me princess." 

Someone of the crew bellow whispered something of the sort "someone is looking for a death wish, ordering the captain" to which Levi's eyes quickly skimmed the people with a nasty glare for less than a second, causing all noise to subside.

"Then you choose your nickname, love. You don't really need my name, though." Levi slowly stepped closer to the woman and his hand grabbed her chin roughly, his body already entering her personal space as his eyes bore deep into hers, awaiting an answer.
