"... I know you don't want to talk about it."
"Then let's not."
"It's important."
"... speak away."
"Are you happy?"
"... more than I was before."
"Do I make you happy?"
"... yes."
"Do you want this to continue?"
"... no."
"Why?"
"I don't have to explain myself to you."
"You have to because this is about us, not just me."
"We just can't keep this up. We knew it was wrong."
"Is that why you're leaving me?"
"Yes. Now would you please go mind your business? And try not to talk to me tomorrow. I won't."
...
You slammed your car door closed and rounded the parked vehicle to get to the entrance of the school building. You could see Mikasa and Armin talking by the door, waiting for Eren. You saw Annie slapping Reiner's shoulder at the bottom of the stairs. You witnessed Christa and Ymir showing a certain amount of affection in the lobby. Sasha and Connie were goofing around at the staircase, holding hands and planning their next prank in hushed voices.
Your gaze averted, you kept walking and the cup of coffee never left your hold. To say that you looked terrible would be an understatement, but that was a fact only you were aware of. To the rest of the world, it was hidden by some foundation, concealer, mascara and a bright lipstick meant to distract any bystander from the tired look in your eyes and the way you couldn't even smile properly for the bigger part of things. You pulled at your skirt with annoyance as you entered the classroom, eyes locking with your desk and ignoring the figure standing in front of the board.
You paced to your desk with hurried although small steps, limited by the very same skirt you were having problems stopping from crawling up your thighs. You dropped your purse on the desk before taking a seat and pulling out your phone. Your mind was set on not thinking of him, not looking at him. You focused on the texts continuously popping up on the screen of your phone as the teacher wrote on the board and the students around you kept talking about meaningless stuff.
When the bell rang you pulled out your notebook and placed your phone down, grabbing a pen instead and writing down the title of today's lesson. The door was soon closed and the chatter gradually died down. The teacher turned to address all of you but your gaze didn't meet his, your hand clutched the pen in your hand tighter. His deep voice rang through the air coldly and your lips pursed as you stared down at your notebook. You could hear indistinct whispers behind your back but the first few rows were dead silent as he talked, greeting the class and starting to explain what today's lesson was about.
You weren't following too keenly but still made sure to gingerly write down everything he did. After finishing with the basics you had to do some reading on your own. The class was overall silent but you were aware of the whispers behind you and the few kids at the front thinking their phones were invisible. Your hand reached for your coffee as your eyes kept browsing the words in your textbook absentmindedly when you accidentally pushed your pen off the desk's surface. It fell to the ground with an almost inaudible sound but when you bent over to retrieve it you realised the number of pairs of eyes on your form had increased to one.

FanfictionI'll try to make the scenarios original but clichés are cute so there will be some. I'm going to be updating as much as I can, will surely update so long as I have an idea. Requests are greatly appreciated, though I'm not good at lots of genres lol...
