Callie POV
over the past few weeks things were almost back to normal in the house. the awkwardness between me and Brandon was decreasing and it looked like everything would work itself out. my heart still longed for Brandon though and we had come too close to slipping up more than once. I knew I needed to keep my distance or I would give in. no one else in the house really noticed me and Brandon getting close again, except Jude who gave me warning looks constantly.
Brandon POV
things with me and Callie had been good lately, It still hurt though when I thought about how the adoption would evenetually be final and any chance of us being together would vanish. I was in the kitchen with moms it was right before dinner. Callie came in very angry and confronted me.
Callie- what have you been telling Talya about me!
Brandon- what are you talking about?
Callie- Talya knows all kinds of stuff about me, what happened to my parents, my whole life story and shes spreading it all around school
Brandon- what? I didn't tell her anything
Callie- you were the only one I talked about that stuff with
Brandon- Callie I swear I didn't tell Talya anything
Callie- your the only person I trusted to tell that stuff too and you took that information turned around and stabbed me in the back with it!
she stormed out of the room and went upstairs
Brandon- I didn't tell her anything, I wouldn't do that to you Callie
